Very tasty borscht, perhaps the perfect vimeru sweet, without acid, all the vegetables are neatly chopped.
The fat is just fire. Moderately warm, tender, melts in your mouth. They took it with them. We decided that it was not enough, well, there would be a reason to return)))
Draniki is also ideal. They are not burnt, they are baked inside.
It 's a great place. The service is a bit lame, but in Belarus this is probably the norm.

The only place where you could eat on a day off in the nearest neighborhood. With one big BUT that all the tables were occupied, except for two large tables that were reserved, but there were no people at them. We asked to wait at an empty table until another table was available (ready to vacate it as soon as people arrived), because it was terribly stuffy outside, and so as not to stand over the soul. To which we were told to either wait standing up or on the street. Customer orientation is at the highest level. Although why try if all other establishments are closed anyway. It is very sad and unpleasant.

Look for another place. After a walk around the castle, we decided to have a snack in this place. The pancakes were semi-cold. The red fish for the pancakes was very salty. Vereshchaka with draniki is also not very good. There are a lot of cloves and no captions. Kvass instead of Lida is alivasky. The pork steak is just disgusting. It seems that the meat is old. And it's not tasty. I had to take pancreatic pills at night.
The only delicious thing was the apple strudel with ice cream. And juice.

Apart from the atmosphere, fresh bread and maybe soup, I didn't like anything. We couldn't eat half of what we ordered. Strange food. It was impossible to chew something. What should have been sausage with hot sauce (according to the classic recipe) turned out to be broth with meat and spices. From eating unpleasant sensations for the rest of the day.

Thank you so much for the potted potatoes! I visited the World with a group, the dinners were invested in the tour, and it was very joyful to finally see whole potatoes after a week of dull mashed potatoes from who knows what. The borscht was also very tasty, the portions were large, I couldn't handle everything) The bread is excellent! In general, I will be at Peace - I will return to Likhtarik.

The place may be cool, but it didn't work out. The reason is "group maintenance". Of course, ordinary people probably do not make a cash register for such establishments, but the whole calculation is for large groups of tourists. But the decision not to serve others when there is a group in the hall is a strange one. Apparently the owner knows better.

But when you taste the dishes, the persistent impression that a little bit of everything is "not enough" does not go away. A little under-salted soup, a little under-salted tomatoes for salad, a little under-salted cucumbers for pancakes, a little under-salted sauce for pancakes with machanka. These little "underdogs" give the impression that you are underdone.

Good Belarusian cuisine. The portions are large and hearty. They bake their own bread. I personally ordered Belarusian borscht, Minchanka salad, draniki with salmon, as well as lard and Old Lithuanian bread. I liked everything very much, I advise you!

Super tasty kitchen, very cozy and nice place! Draniki are the most top-end, very large portions, you can take one for two! The menu is simple, but sooo delicious! The tinctures are top-notch!!! Highly recommended, awesome place! In the photo, the remains of a dranik, the most delicious in the world and in the World - but then I finished it, ate all 4 myself, and also a bowl of sour cream!

Great cuisine!
They smoke and salt the lard themselves, I recommend the assorted lard to order. If you add a warm ciabatta to this, which is immediately baked, then the sensations are unforgettable.
Borscht is high, rich, moderately sweet.
Vereshchanka with pancakes is an excellent choice. A very unusual sauce based on kvass with a lot of spices goes well with pork belly. To my taste, there is a lot of flour in the pancakes and they are a little greasy, but it seems to be within the framework of traditions. So I tend to consider it just a whim))
Homemade morse is also spiced and not very sweet, which made it much tastier for us than usual.
They cook quickly, they are ready to explain in detail about any dish. Very pleasant service. Convenient boxes, if you want to take them with you, since it is simply impossible to eat everything here))

It's delicious, the prices are on the level, but the staff left a strange impression. There were no empty seats in the hall (although two tables were in reserve), a queue formed of my wife and me and two women with a child. We waited until the man occupying the large table with two sofas left, took a seat and invited the people following us to share the table since there was really a lot of space. Of course, they agreed and were chased away by the staff because "it's not right"…
