Hello. I contacted this service regarding urgent repairs. I am very pleased with the result of the work! however, one moment raised a question, when communicating with the manager on the selection of spare parts and repair in general, I was sent immediately to the master, who was busy with the work of another client, but without question put aside the tool and helped me pick up a spare part and did everything in the best possible way as required from the service of this level, not quite the meaning of the initial communication with the manager is clear if I get advice from the master anyway. It was a very awkward moment, I had to get in with my questions because it was clear that the master was busy. I would like the manager to understand a little what they are working with in order to get advice faster, and not just work as an "arrow".

Thank you all very much!After contacting me, the manager did not refuse to help and helped with the details of my rare Rebir)))Although after six calls to other services, spare parts were refused for this model.The next day, I went to the service and bought the necessary parts.But now the most interesting thing)) The master said that the repair work will be ready only next week, as there are many orders. Then I asked the master only to remove the locking ring, so that I could repair the Rebir myself at home.The master did not refuse!I took off the locking ring, disassembled my unit and struggled for an hour with removing the gear and bearings!He worked with the press, warmed up with a heater (if I didn't insist), but he did it and I'm very grateful to him for that!That's how you should treat your job!!! Thanks to the whole team and separately to Stas!
