We have purchased a currency detector that should detect counterfeit bills. During operation, it turned out that this detector quietly passes fake US dollar bills (which were not exactly cut out, the paper was denser than in genuine bills, the paint was not poured evenly, but they had something similar to watermarks, etc.).
The staff took the detector for examination, but gave the result that the machine works perfectly. The refund was refused.
We asked the employees to talk with the head of this company.
But the director did not get in touch with us.
The staff are excellent, understanding, and there are no questions at all.
We still did not understand the behavior of the head. Why did he refuse to talk to us?

Good Company. The first time I ordered equipment that was not available. We have signed a contract. We did everything exactly and on time. I ordered it again last week, but already out of stock. They put it in reserve for a few days. I paid, arrived, and took it away. The situation with the service is a little more complicated: one of the laminators broke down during the warranty period (which I reported to the company), to which they told me: "bring it." Unfortunately, it was not possible to bring it right away and I was able to deliver the laminator after the end of the warranty period. They said they would look at it and decide. I will pay for the repairs. Legally they are right, but really I think they are not.
