I'm writing about a specific dental case that happened recently. One of the advantages is that it is very convenient to get on the waiting list. But it is very expensive and uninformative. The doctor makes appointments for consultations and follow-up examinations 10 times to get more money. Although everything is obvious from the first time, from the first picture. Why pull money out of a client? If you have a difficult dental situation, then they definitely won't help you here, but they will only pull money out. I've dealt with simple ones before, there are no complaints at all. It is unclear how doctors charge prices for consultations. The doctor got it wrong that the picture was taken with them and paid for it. In fact, I didn't take a picture of them. It's good that the girl at the reception clarified where I took the picture. In general, the payment system is not transparent at all. It's not clear what I'm paying for in the end and whether I was counted correctly. I wish I hadn't wasted my time and money on this office. If you are doing it on insurance, then something simple may be possible. Definitely not for your money. In other medical centers with a narrower focus, the same services are much cheaper and better.

We had an appointment with a child with this doctor Grzybowski with angina. The level of professional skills is below the baseboard. I had to drag out every word. The treatment regimen was not clearly described, only: 3% hydrogen peroxide, Iodinol, furosol. How to rinse, how long - nothing was prescribed, he only told me in words, after my million questions. In addition, when asked how much to rinse, he said until the plaque goes away, although according to the instructions, you can rinse with Iodinol for no more than 5 days, furosol for no more than 7 days (another ENT doctor later told us about this). And the biggest mistake of the doctor was prescribing an antibiotic of the wrong shape and dosage, respectively. After the reception, we went to buy at a nearby pharmacy, the pharmacist was confused that there was no such form of antibiotics. I had to go back to the doctor to clarify. In the end, he didn't even apologize and was unperturbed, saying that there had been such a form before. I do not recommend this specialist.

My daughter treated her teeth and was recorded 2 times a week with a breakup. On the first day, the tooth was opened and the medicine was given.a week later, I arrived: the nerve was removed and the channels were sealed, and that's it!!!!!again, a temporary seal, because the doctor "didn't have enough time."..We visited Kiturko's doctor...one the tooth must be treated 3 times . The result (1 visit-autopsy, medicine, temporary seal - 80 rub .2nd visit autopsy, nerve removal, canal filling (3)+ temporary seal -220 rub. Make a conclusion, probably another permanent seal will be 200 rubles... Total visit to LoDe - 500 rub 1 tooth.....they give me a contract to sign, which does not specify that the tooth is being treated for so long. It is not specified that in a guaranteed case you must be accepted without waiting in line...the record is 1 month in advance...draw your own conclusions...

I had an appointment at the dentist on 01/29/2025, at Borovik, at 13:00, the doctor was not doing his job carefully, damaged his tongue, the filling was not fully polished, the teeth did not close, I had to go and redo the filling, sit in line the next day to fix the doctor's mistake, no one even apologized ! I am very disappointed with the visit, I will not recommend this center to anyone.

I want to leave a review about the otolaryngologist Svetlana Sergeevna Monastyrskaya. I don't know if this is the policy of the entire organization or of this particular "specialist". I came for the procedure of washing the lacunae of the tonsils. The doctor asked me how many times I needed this procedure, I replied that I did not know that I was simply sent to the clinic for flushing. And I asked her if, as a doctor, she couldn't tell me herself how many procedures I would need. To which she replied to me that this is already a consultation, and consultation is already other money. And I told him either to make an appointment for a consultation or to go back to the ENT clinic so that he would tell me the number of procedures. To my other questions like "what are the restrictions after the procedure, after what time can I repeat the procedure", she did not answer, although she said a hundred times that it all turns out to be a consultation and a different price. Thanks to this doctor, I will take my entire course elsewhere, and I also canceled my appointment with other doctors, because this attitude seemed strange to me. Since I came to the procedure that I pay for, why can't I answer a couple of questions about the same procedure

I would like to express my gratitude to Alexander Igorevich Belyaev, a proctologist! I had an operation at this center to remove hemorrhoids with a laser. Of course, I have heard about Dr. Belyaev that he is a unique person and a professional in his field, but now I can confirm this. The operation took place under local anesthesia, I felt great, because the positive attitude of the doctor and the care of the nurse did not even allow me to think about what was happening at that time. Considering the fact that I was very afraid to go for this operation, because there are many reviews on the Internet, what an unbearable pain it is and that a laser is almost the same as a scalpel.... I will definitely say that this is tolerable with Dr. Belyaev, it generally goes unnoticed by the patient. Once again, he has so correctly chosen a psychological technique in relation to the person he wants to help that you leave him on the positive side. The rehabilitation was easy, without complications, the pain was only the first day on the day of the operation. I went to the psychotherapist Melnikov and to be honest, I usually don't write reviews, but I can't keep silent here. In a word, everything went terribly! This is the most disgusting trip to the doctor that I've ever had! The doctor told me how he watched some kind of movie about his friend, about LGBT people, about God and faith in him and how important it is for the psyche that faith will save me (I have no idea how it's all connected) ... I just asked what was bothering me, and the rest of the time I talked the whole session myself! I didn't ask any more questions about my family, work, etc., but simply concluded that I live with my husband, children and am tired of work, although I live alone, have no children and temporarily do not work. As a result, they diagnosed that I was overworked and prescribed valerian, although strong sedatives did not help, but they did not even ask me, and the doctor made a conclusion himself by thinking in his head. In general, this is a fiasco, I didn't even want to give money for such a circus. I absolutely do not recommend it, wasted money and time. I do not know how such a doctor is allowed to work at all 🤷♀

ENT Golovach E.N. prescribed nasal lavage for a child with adenoiditis. I said that after rinsing, our ears often become inflamed and other doctors (whom we had previously contacted) did not recommend doing this. To which the doctor replied that we were not washing properly. I asked how it should be? She said to take water in the palm of your hand and suck it in through your nose or rinse it out of a syringe.
