I was on my way to Grodno, I felt unwell, I needed an urgent ultrasound on a day off. I didn't have my passport with me, because I wasn't going anywhere outside the Republic of Belarus. They refused to accept it. Only with a passport. To clarify that all information about the patient is available in the Lode of Minsk, they replied only that there is no common database. The service was refused. Disgusting disregard for patients who pay normal money for admission!
