A small hostel for 6 rooms is located in the courtyard (so it's quiet at night), each of which has a combined bathroom. Friendly administrators speak Russian. You can cook in the kitchen, wash for 1000 drams, there are 3 tables for meals and two sofas in the lobby. It was comfortable to sleep, especially because of the individual curtains. Lockers are locked with a key. They give out towels.
I take off 1 star for an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms and the shower.

We booked a room a month before the trip and searched for a suitable option for a long time. But the hotel administration decided to simply cancel the reservation two days before check-in without explaining the reasons! I had to urgently look for a new place.

Everything is very good. The most friendly staff, speaking three languages.
The hostel is new, in the city center, with its own parking lot, equipped with everything you need from air conditioning to a full kitchen where you can prepare any dish (laundry, stove, hair dryer, iron, etc.) The entire hostel is perfectly clean, good linen and a pleasant atmosphere. The hostel has two administrators, Vartan, kind, helpful and Victor, who is ready to help with any question and does his job at 1000%.
If you want to stay in Yerevan in the city center, in good conditions and have a great time, then you should go to the Loft Host.

I went into this hostel by chance, I was looking for a place to spend the night, I was greeted at the reception very politely and quietly explained everything, I really liked everything clean, very clean, cozy and comfortable!the cleaner constantly cleans, monitors the frequency, and most importantly, the price really inspired me. in an 8-bed room, just a super large room, each curtain has its own Cubicle, its own space, an outlet and a light bulb, everything is very cool, the shower is clean, everything is clean everywhere without any smells!I recommend this hostel to everyone, I will definitely come here again!there are very courteous nice men at the reception. I really liked everything!

They often dump guests with reservations. Even if you book through Booking.com They'll throw you anyway, like they threw me.
I was dumped twice with accommodation, this time and six months ago. This time, I had to live here from 03/15.23 to 03/17.23 and from 03/17.23 to 03/20.23.
I met two more people in a nearby hostel, whom they also dumped in the same way.
This is how it happens.
Do you book with them directly or via Booking.com it does not matter through which booking system. The day before arrival or later, they write to you that they will not “be able to check you in for technical reasons.”
This is Yerevan, this is the center of Yerevan. For a day or even for several days, if you have not taken care of booking in Yerevan in advance (a week or better three weeks), you will not be able to find a good hostel or even a hotel. In Yerevan, all good accommodation options will be occupied. Either you will have to go to the outskirts a few kilometers from the city center, or you will have to rent a dirty trash with cockroaches, smoked, with noise, or you will have to pay five times more to stay in a hotel.
Even if you book through Booking.com They'll throw you anyway and Booking.com who works ostensibly to guarantee you that you will not stay on the street, they will also leave you on the street without a twinge of conscience. Booking.com He will write you an apology the next day and that will be the end of it. Booking.com he will do everything not to help you in any way and hush up this situation as soon as possible. You will be promised to find another suitable option, compensate for the difference in price, and as a result, in order not to stay on the street, you will frantically look for an option not to sleep on the street. A great place to stay. Friendly and competent staff. The room is cleaned daily. There is a kitchen with all appliances. A towel and slippers are provided. Modern and cozy interior.
