I can advise good craftsmen on tolebi 23a there is a salon right along Tolebi Zenkov intersection, here they are well done, the colors are gentle and the restoration was impressive. The Turks do it beautifully without a doubt, but the hair flies and then they start and you don't want to build up or take masks. It all hits the pocket. And their prices are crazy
