I had a manicure and pedicure with Karina's master. A very nice girl. She listens to wishes, is very polite and tactful. The pedicure chair is comfortable. In general, the place is cozy, the prices are affordable.

They wanted to sign up their son for a haircut and searched the Internet for the phone number of this barbershop. We found a barbershop website, and there is an opportunity to sign up online on the website. Accordingly, I calmly chose the date and time we needed. The recording was made on 07/23/2023 to 07/31/2023. I.e. in advance. The site has issued a message that recording on the site is equivalent to recording on the phone and does not require additional confirmation! On the scheduled day (07/31/2023), the husband and son came to the hairdresser, but they refused to cut their hair!!! They referred to the fact that the record through the site is visible only to the management, who, as of 07/31/2023, was somewhere on vacation. The husband demanded a book of comments and suggestions, but the book was never given out. They replied that they did not have it!!!
The result: wasted nerves and time!!!
