favorite fast food to eat. been there more than 100 times probably. everything is fresh, like the bigger and cheese fries. definitely recommend

For the past two years I have been eating and enjoying food which was served by Look. Food is very delicious, staff is very polite. Additionally, you can get your order without any notification by staff or by looking to TV. They give you special notification by little hardware which is also convenient for everyone. Price is also cheaper comparing to other fast food places.

About the staff: everything is fine, very polite and nice. Atmosphere: noisy but cozy. I waited literally 3-5 minutes for the order. I give 3 stars because of the food. Since, firstly, it's not very tasty, and secondly, all the items on the menu are very different and very large, I'm disappointed, since everything was wrong a year ago. The branch itself is huge, 2 storeys high and generally clean and pleasant to be in. But the food really let me down.

Hello. This is the first time I am writing a review about cafes, eateries and fast food. The first time we went to the LOOOK branch, we really liked everything the first time, we brought a set of KIDS for our daughter. You can't imagine how happy she was anticipating that she would open this set at home now. Because she really wanted to see a toy, eat a small hamburger and pita bread. When we picked it up, we did not look at the package, because we trust the sellers, when we arrived home we found that there was no hamburger in the set. Do you know what a child's first impression is? That we were deceived!!!!! Do you think she'll want to go there again? I've never written reviews anywhere, but here I had to. An almost perfect fast food restaurant, but it has 2 disadvantages. The first is the prices, they become more expensive after half a year or even less, they also do not always have what is on the menu (for example, my favorite milkshake kit kat) and I recommend it. Very good staff, also their own people. (Now the new employees are too strange and not friendly like the old staff, because of this, the rating has been reduced and prices have risen again more expensive than the competitors!)

Great place. Plenty of space, convenient self-service system. There are many items on the menu that differ from other fast food catering establishments. My new favorite fast food was Master Duet with turkey. Everything related to chicken is delicious, better than in KFC. The ice cream is great. I really didn't like the beef cheeseburger.

Cons: you need to order separately at the bar. That is, orders do not arrive automatically from the cash register to the bar. Milkshakes are not tasty (a lot of ground ice). Food standards: burgers, chicken are delicious. Pizza is also normal for this price. And the free children's play area overshadows all the disadvantages!

My colleague and I are regulars. We eat something here at least a couple of times every month. Spicy Dinner Meal, Super Supreme Pizza is our favorite! They cook perfectly, not for long and not fast. You can sit both in a narrow circle and in company. But not a corporate place, just for a change.
