We were tenants in this ill-fated business center, despite the word "business", all conditions interfere with it here, despite the large parking lot, there is no sense in it, it is always clogged and even if by a miracle your customers will miss the security, they will not find where to park.
Regarding the condition of the building itself, it's a terrible thing, in winter it's like sitting on the street, they were saved only by heaters, and please do the repair of double-glazed windows at your own expense, the administration didn't care that you pay them fabulous money.
Elevators are always breaking down, if you have a lot of goods being delivered and you are not on the ground floor, then get ready for regular battles for the freight elevator, despite the fact that it is already breathing hard.
If you need to resolve some issue with the administration, you will have to wait long and hard, ignore it and that's it, well, or they are rude regularly.
If you move in here, it's only at your own risk, because you won't be allowed to move out of here either, if anything happens.

We were here for a photo shoot. there were few parking spaces, but security told me where to go and park the car for free. the staff is very helpful, well done!
