On September 20 and September 16, a man cooked an awesome delicious breakfast, and on September 21 and September 17, a girl cooked a TERRIBLE one
Two identical breakfast envelopes with sausages are completely different
The young man put arugula / poured some kind of sauce over the envelope / fresh cherries separately from the envelope / two huge pieces of bread / a lot of cottage cheese / TWO sausages, in general, just fire and justifies its price. Drinks are brought IMMEDIATELY 🔥
The girl cooked an omelet for us on September 17, the whole plate was in some kind of incomprehensible water from under the omelet, there was less than half a teaspoon of cottage cheese, a piece of foil was found in the sausage 🥲
On September 21, there was a general furor, we ordered an envelope with tomatoes and cheddar + sausages
The girl cooked for a sooooo long time, as a result: just an envelope, a tiny piece of burnt croissant, a fresh cucumber, and a tiny portion less than a teaspoon of cottage cheese and ONE sausage and THAT's IT! There WAS no arugula / no normal slices of bread or croissant / fresh cherry / sauce for the omelet
When asked why they put one sausage in a serving, the girl replied that it was always like that, although no, since we were in your cafe more than once!
Oh, and the girl brings drinks when half of the breakfast is already eaten)))
I ask you to have a conversation with the girl, so that the breakfasts would be the same in content and you should leave your bad mood at home, because the next time we arrive in Minsk, seeing her at the counter, we will not come to you for anything
And to the young man for the joy!!!

A small , cozy cafe . We walked around the city, went to get warm. The dessert "Red Velvet" was delicious, with hot tea). We made, with permission, a little romantic (the candle was available). In the background, there was some kind of movie going on.).

The place is very beautiful, but for alternative milk + 3 rubles I have not seen in any institution in Minsk. Considering that the place positions itself as a coffee shop. And in general, the price tag for drinks is above average. We sat there for 30-40 minutes, during which time no one came in anymore. The absence of people is suspicious.

Perhaps this is the place in the city that I was looking for ....
Decoration in pastel colors, fully decorated design from furniture to dishes, pleasant lighting... and most importantly, high-quality and delicious products. Very polite treatment to the guests.
In the evenings, you can go to a movie show here, as well as buy flowers and very beautiful little things for the interior.
I want to focus on the products separately. There are great breakfasts that are being prepared right now, which means they are always fresh. The portions are sufficient in volume for their price. Desserts here are a separate kind of art that also fits into the interior of the coffee shop.
As a result, this is a very cozy and pleasant place where you want to spend time) Thank you for being there

There is food, but toast with egg and salmon is not wow. For example, the poached egg itself was undercooked and did not spread as it should. In addition, the greens were definitely not fresh, and the toast was not particularly soft. Salmon is weird, but it's probably a taste thing. The coffee is average, no better or worse than I expected, but there is a lot of it. With all this, I can say that the desserts are not bad, although there are few of them 😅
The barista is not particularly friendly, he answered questions without much enthusiasm)
At the same time, an unambiguous plus of the coffee shop is the interior. Pink, greenery, wood and straw, flowers... Nicely. But, again, for an amateur :) Maybe it's not bad for a photo shoot.
The location in the very center is also pleasing, you can quickly get to any metro line. Windows on the monumental Art Museum!)) The prices are within adequate limits, but the center, you can't go on a budget — get ready mentally for this.
I recommend visiting if you are nearby and want coffee with dessert. And it's not worth going on purpose, like me. 😁
