It is the job of a master to perform services like a professional, to take into account the type of face and hair, and not mechanically scissorhands.
In general, when I realized after chatting on Instagram that the director there, to put it mildly, did not understand what it was like to work with negativity, and I got the impression that this was a hobby, not a business, I went to the salon, I thought maybe we could come up with something in terms of styling.
But no way!
The master couldn't even style her bangs, I repeat, she did it even worse than my styling at home, she didn't really say anything, just an indistinct "sorry"
I'm sorry, they did me a poor-quality service and ruined my appearance.

Unfortunately, I will never return to this place again. The level of service is very low.
I am a very calm and non-confrontational person and never write bad reviews, but when I went to the salon for the standard procedure, I did not expect that I would come out in tears.
I signed up for the complex "eyebrow coloring and correction". No one called or texted to confirm the recording, but oh well.
Right from the doorway, I was greeted by an absolutely unfriendly receptionist, who dryly said, "Take off your clothes there," and that was the end of all communication.
Regarding the procedure itself: I have no complaints about the master as a person, but as a specialist, I have a lot of questions. There are no words to describe how shocked I was when I saw the result.
For some reason, 60% of my eyebrows were plucked out, I came with thick and good eyebrows, and left with threads.
The master said: "I always do that, it's such a form."
The administrator wasn't interested in my impressions of the procedure, although it was obvious from my face that I was unhappy. My mood and face are ruined.

For the first time I ventured into the salon with a baby (I went to the salon during pregnancy) and was not mistaken. The administrator Anna and the master Maria S. were very attentive! We tried to perform the service as quickly as possible, helped to take out the cradle, took every possible care of the comfort of both mine and the child - I had only a pleasant impression and understanding that it was not scary, people would help everywhere! Thank you for your kindness! Moreover, everyone here is such a master, to whom I got: Maria, eyebrows/eyelashes, another Maria is a nail artist, Ekaterina, nails. 👍🏻
