Lugakom, as always, is a complete failure. I come once a year for a couple of days and constantly have to buy a SIM card. Well, it doesn't matter. The cost is a penny. I would like to take one for a long time. The trouble is that there is no coverage. There is no Internet at all and the operator in the office is not able to give any explanations.
Okay, I bought another package, three days and voila, the money ran out in the account. And I didn't call anywhere.
It is easier to activate roaming on a Russian card and cheaper and several times more reliable.

I don't know if this is the only place in the city to work with clients or not, but it was very hot and a lot of people. The employees are trying to somehow resolve all issues and this is the only plus, but I give a rating of 5 because they did what I needed)) if they had put air conditioning and an electronic queue and sofas for waiting, it would be good.
