I stopped by this morning on 10/29/2024 to refuel, as it turned out, the entrance is closed from Zhukov Ave. and road works are underway. There is no information about this anywhere, neither on the website, nor in the application, nor here either. As much as possible there is no interest in informing their clients about planned work, because these works are coordinated in advance.

The staff is quite rude. I understand that we are all human beings and our moods can change, but politeness must be in any case. There was no mention of a break anywhere, but the staff, when clarifying the availability of goods, replied in a rather negative tone that there was a minute left before closing and they would not do anything. They spoiled the mood a little.

The phone is never picked up. I'm stuck in the sink. I called all the numbers, no one picked up. I had to find a way out myself, and at any moment the brushes could start working. I jumped to be noticed in the camera. They don't look at them. Somehow I managed to get out through the household premises. While I was explaining what happened, no one even twitched, not to mention some kind of compensation for the stress I suffered. There were no cars in line behind me, so no one noticed from the street that the gate was closed for a long time.

It 's just awful ! I stopped for gas, there was a puddle of melted snow on one side, decided to go around the side of the column, put my foot and turned on my back and elbows, noticed that there was no sprinkle around all the columns and falling ass and back into the mud mixed with DT oils angered me. I came in to pay for fuel with a jacket in my hands and I say, at least sprinkle it around the speakers, but what happened? I fell down, and in response you will pay with a card and do you have a gas station card or not? At least for the sake of decency, they apologized, or asked if I broke down, and suddenly I hit my head and get behind the wheel with a TBI. I got the impression that the employees have a zone of responsibility only behind the cash register, and the rest of the gas station territory does not concern them. I just feel terrible, painful, dirty, disgusting and my elbows and coccyx hurt!

The worst gas station in this network. There are always queues at the checkout, the staff work slowly and reluctantly. Gas refueling takes place only after a low bow to the operator! Most often, taxi drivers refuel themselves, which is prohibited by the norms! I have repeatedly written complaints there, but the answers from Lukoil's management are just unsubscriptions! I do not recommend it! I do not recommend it at all! Although I have to refuel there sometimes, because it's close to home. The vacuum cleaner always works alone, the second one is broken ... But there is an insurance window with a wonderful agent Galina. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

I am constantly faced with the dissatisfaction of employees when refueling with gas. Demonstrative refueling of them. They do not open the lid themselves and do not close it. They say it's not their responsibility (I probably didn't ask). There are never any problems with this at other gas stations. I've been driving gas for 3 years. Only here it happens all the time.
