Tamara's operator always has some problems with the licard card. Every time the card does not pass, then it is refueled without payment and you have to go and take off the gun. Out of 20 gas stations, I hit her 3 times and every time I lose a lot of time until she calls someone for help. Other operators here and at other Lukoil gas stations have no problems. Conduct staff training.
