I always stopped by this gas station on the way, I don't plan to anymore.
After paying for refueling through the kiosk, refueling began, the pump filled with 0.17 ml and stopped without reacting to the subsequent pressing of the trigger of the pistol. Heading to the cashier, I was informed that the refueling had failed and my 100 rubles for refueling would be returned to me within three banking days or maybe a couple of weeks (the cashier added).
I asked for a receipt to cancel the operation, the cashier said she didn't have one, there was only a receipt for her, I asked for a copy, and they reluctantly printed it out.
There is nowhere to go, you need to refuel and paid another 100 rubles for fuel (already through the cashier), after trying to refuel, the gun also shot 0.17ml and refused to refuel further, fortunately the cashier came out and did not do his job, of course, but allowing his magic hands (at a certain angle, with special force pulling the trigger of the pistol) refueled everything same as my car in 5 minutes.
The highlight on the cake is that gasoline was dripping from the gas station pump onto the stove at the same time, I noticed and pointed this out to the gas station employee and received a comment (now we will fill you up and close).
I will note that I have been using refueling on this car for about 5 years and have never had any problems with pistols, apparently everything has its expiration date.
The fact that the money was refunded for a failed refueling within two weeks was, of course, upsetting, it's not modern and not pleasant. For some reason, competitors have the opportunity to instantly refund the amount for a failed refueling, or for fuel that did not fit in the tank.

A very very very strange Lukoil! Maybe it's a fake? To pay for a full tank: you need to insert the gun, run to the checkout to tell me to fill the tank, then wait for refueling, run to take out the gun and only then come back to the checkout and pay. I think we won't refuel the car here anymore, after all, everyone is already used to the service and the choice of gas stations is very large. Oh, and the area was quite dirty.

Gas stations of a large network. The corporate standard is probably met. There are all kinds of goods that people and cars need on the road.
