- [ ] Flight 03/13/2025 at 11.45 a.m. Donetsk- Moscow.Flight service is disgusting!Oksana, the flight attendant, behaved extremely disrespectfully and rudely towards the passengers.During the entire flight, she never came over and offered neither tea nor water.Towards the end of the flight, I came over and asked for tea.To which they rudely replied: wait!When I asked why I had never been offered drinks, flight attendant Oksana stated in the same rude way: You're stuck there, and what am I supposed to do?I told her that she should go around and reach EACH passenger and offer them a drink to choose from!Tea was brought to me, but immediately in retaliation Oksana brought a large bag from somewhere and put it on the empty seat next to me, so that it would be uncomfortable for me to drive.I've heard a lot of good things about this company's flights before.It's a pity that my experience turned out to be so sad, and the boorish behavior of flight attendant Oksana spoiled the impression of the whole company.

I have been using the Lux Express Moscow - Donetsk and back for many years. The best company. Very polite office staff, you can always negotiate, solve any problem, always meet halfway. I travel very often and they always give me coffee or tea on the bus. The drivers and the stewardess are always polite. Thank you very much! I wish you GOOD passengers and always A SAFE JOURNEY!!!

A friend was traveling Moscow - Donetsk left today on September 28 at 16.00 left the Moscow region, at 18.00 the bus breaks down, people were just left on the highway, told to wait for the next flight somewhere near Lipetsk until 22.00 a bus full of people, small children, knowing that some kind of breakdown in the bus why it goes on the flight, the head would be reprimanded I typed and wrote a complaint
