Amazing food. We've ordered salad with baked beetroots and feta cheese, borsch, mushroom soup and baursaky...everything was delicious. Highly recommend 👌 this place. But service needs improvement...waitress was barely speaking, mixed up carbonated vs still water, cold vs room temperature...but again food was amazing and interior is calming and nice. Keep in mind hookah is allowed to be smoked inside for those who can't stand a smoke this might be an issue. Also, let waitress know about any allergies, those are rarely asked in any place in Almaty.

It is very tasty, the food is served quickly, the portions are large. The interior is pleasant, the music is quiet, the atmosphere is calm. I recommend it!

Delicious food, but very poor service or kitchen work. If the restaurant is empty, you will wait 10 minutes for water and 40 minutes for a dish. Very slowly. The dishes are brought in different order, one guest has eaten, the second is waiting. We won't go back with this approach anymore, it's scary to imagine what happens here when we land again.

The interior is beautiful, the trout and cappuccino are delicious.
I took off two stars for a long service. We grilled trout for 38 minutes.
Hookahs are smoked indoors and if someone does not tolerate the smell, then you should not go. I was fine.

Today we opened our mouth at the lukum restaurant, the bar was very tasty 😋, at a high level! We were served by a couple of waiters,and we were greeted with ар special thanks, friendly and polite! I have been a guest at this restaurant for several weeks, the atmosphere is very cool 😍, Many thanks to the chefs for their delicious food and the guys who cook hookah🔥! The kitchen is so-so, we ordered a salad with shrimp, it is impossible to eat the sauce and it is not yet clear what is there, the service wants the best, they waited for five minutes until we were put in, the waiters seemed to not have us anyway, no offense dear administration of the institution, but you need to approach everything more carefully, the kitchen service is lame. It's just a horror and not a restaurant, I don't recommend going to such restaurants at all. After arriving home from the restaurant, my husband and I began to feel bad, as a result we were poisoned, we couldn't go anywhere for 2 whole days, it's even a pity to put one star here, not a restaurant but a nightmare.

Very weak waiters) when the hall is empty, they cannot remember and bring the order. They clarify at the bar and say you ordered it, didn't you?!)) And simple items like juice and Cola do not bring at all, they forget. They are carried for 30 minutes. I have to call other waiters several times. Service - atas))

The waiters, in addition to forgetting the items from the order, rolled their eyes when they were undermined, did not come up with the result, a young man sat next to him who did not even take an order when boarding at the restaurant at one table, the service was disgusting.
The kitchen is very good, the food is incredibly delicious. If you are not a company of 5-7 people, then there is no point in even going, you will not receive attention from the waiter.
