There were both noticeable advantages and noticeable disadvantages of staying here.
Among the advantages: a nice room, cleaning every day, delicious water, friendly staff, amazing breakfasts (photo attached)
Of the cons: Cockroaches.. (photo attached). The employee came to the call, did not see the cockroach, because it crawled away, and decided that it was a mantis, even after we showed the photo. He asked me to call again if we see a cockroach again. We called and there was no response...

In principle, everything is fine... I lowered one star for small things (only one left elevator lifts to the right floor, when checking in they gave only one key-it's not convenient for two... Constantly someone called someone to go down and open the door or get into the elevator-it's really not convenient!)

A decent, cozy hotel. Delicious, plentiful breakfasts. A buffet is also added to the choice of a dish that is being prepared for the table. Fast and stable Wi-Fi Internet. A busy street, many restaurants around, a comfortable lobby with a summer veranda where you can discuss business.

Good location, competent staff, varied breakfast. The shower is not a very good shower, but you can be patient. Sooo comfortable mattress and pillows. The room has everything for living: bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, kettle, hygiene kits, TV. Minus one - no coffee! Or rather, instant.... But, there is a cafe near the reception, where you can buy a cup of freshly made coffee)))

I was at this hotel in September. I liked it. The hotel itself is located on 8-10 floors, a separate elevator for visitors, the room was overlooking the city. The room is clean, the shower has all the necessary accessories, there is a bathrobe. For those who care, there are no slippers. So take with you those who are not comfortable walking barefoot. The room itself is clearly not new, shabby furniture, there was a broken shelf in the closet (but this is not critical for me), the main thing is that it is clean. There is a TV, a minibar. There is also Wi-Fi. The bed was King size and it was really huge. The linen is clean, the blanket is heavy, it's nice to sleep. Breakfast is included and it's great. Coffee, scrambled eggs, cereals, yoghurts, sandwiches, fruits, etc. Very satisfying. I chose the location for myself, not far from the place where I needed to go. There are shops and cafes around, as well as a shopping center. I can't tell you about the sights. It takes about 50-70 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic jams. The staff is friendly.

The room is cool with a large bed and a great mattress! The staff is polite, always ready to help! Very cool towels and bathrobes! There is a kettle and an ironing board with an iron! There was free water 2 bottles of 0.5 each. The only thing that the windows let the noise through! There are few TV channels. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The smoking room is separate! Good wifi! Convenient location!

I'll give you the highest score. The location is excellent - almost the center. The room is not shabby, clean. The bed linen is crisp, the service is also excellent - I called the reception a couple of times with requests and they decided promptly. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty, although on the first day it seemed to me that there was little choice. The price/quality ratio is 5+
Cafes/restaurants are nearby, grocery stores are a walk away.
If possible, I will return to this hotel.

A pleasant hotel. We came for a week to take a walk, relax with my husband and daughter. The hotel was booked at home in advance for two people.I really liked that my daughter was allowed to live with us in the room on the spot and we paid extra only for breakfast. Clean, great bed, very comfortable and big! The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The staff is friendly.

Not a bad hotel near the center. The breakfasts are excellent . The carpets are a little tired, the bed is comfortable and large.
The air conditioner turns off not immediately but after 3 minutes 😅 keep in mind otherwise we thought the remote control was broken

Quite a good hotel! It was obviously made for a fiver, but it's not new anymore. There is wear and tear in small things, but it is not critical at all. The room is cool, the bed is huge, clean, soft, chic and very comfortable pillows! There is a dining room with buffet breakfasts. Everything is delicious! The staff are all very friendly, polite, which can be said about almost all people, even in banks, even in shops. This is very striking compared to Peter. People are kind and very responsive! People decide everything! In general, I didn't see much during the day, but it was the People who liked it the most! I really want to return to Kyrgyzstan someday!

Good location, the room has everything you need (including an iron with a daughter), careful room cleaning. The windows overlook the city and the mountains. Luxury beds in 2-bed rooms - 3 x 2 meters. We didn't go to breakfast - I can't say anything about them.

A very nice, but well-worn hotel. The staff is excellent, but the room stock needs repair. In our room, the shower tray was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken off, shelves were broken, there were not enough handles on the drawers. But the TV and the Internet are great. Breakfasts are also quite varied, there are dietary options. Room cleaning is of high quality.
