There are a lot of outlets, which for me is always a huge plus to my internal rating of the coffee shop!
The staff is very pleasant, polite and helpful
The coffee shop always has a comfortable temperature, regardless of the weather outside the door! (today +36°))
Of the minuses (or so):
10% for the service and the eternal question "for what?", if you take coffee in a glass with you or water in plastic without a glass, it would be better to give this money in the form of tea to the barista!

The coffee is delicious, the carrot cake is also very good. There are cool stickers at the checkout, which the barista kindly offers as a gift! A stylish little coffee shop, but of the cons, there are not enough places, there are tables with stools, it looks cool, but you won't sit for a long time😅
But the institution is definitely a plus! For those who like to sit with a cup of coffee at a laptop and in an institution with a minimalistic and bright interior, this is exactly the place)

A very high-end modern stylish space with a minimalistic design. The coffee is very tasty - we took 2 amers on different grains. I also really liked the breakfasts and the service.

Pros: atmosphere and music, coffee, places to work and Wi-Fi
Cons: we waited a very long time, they don't warn us about waiting more than usual, we made a simple order for half an hour and carried it in parts, we had to be reminded several times.
The items from the orders are made in a strange order. They brought us part of the order, then they brought orders to people who came much later than us. 🤷♂️
PS the toilet was closed. I hope no one died inside

The staff is very polite. You don't have to wait long.
Another important advantage is the very location of the cafe in the city center.
Special thanks for showing tolerance to our little dog. It is extremely difficult to visit cafes and restaurants with pets in Yerevan. I hope this will change someday.

A very cozy IT coffee shop. My husband and I have been here 2 times. The quality of coffee is very dependent on the barista who made it (or set up the coffee machine and milk), because the first time the drink was fine, the second time it was far from a fountain. But desserts are just the top in all of Yerevan. Carrot cake, chocolate tart, berry crumble, San Sebastian cheesecake - you can sell your soul for them. It's incredibly delicious. We also tried sandwiches with beef and chicken - also a fire, we highly recommend it.

The cafe owner and his staff know nothing about work ethic and customer orientation. Abusive behavior.
And now for more details:
Yesterday I visited this cafe for the second time.
The landing was far from complete.
I sat down at an empty table with a laptop, just like last time. But after 15 minutes, the waiter came up and rather abruptly and rudely informed me that I HAD to make an order or make room. I quote: "you can't just sit in our cafe and not order anything."
I was surprised, since this was the first time I had encountered such a humiliating demand and went downstairs to check if it was the waiter's self-will?
The waitress girl confirmed that they can't "just sit" and need to order something before sitting down...
I informed her that I didn't want anything yet and would order within an hour, to which she made a face and said it was undesirable...
I was shocked and said that it was not friendly at all and this was the first time I had come across such a thing.
To which her ill-mannered colleague replied that they did not position themselves as a friendly cafe (SHOCK and LOL).
And, he added, I quote: "with their own rules, they do not go to someone else's monastery."
He could not answer how they positioned themselves.
He also did not let me say a word and actively interrupted.
Just the "gods" of customer orientation and communication with the client.
Naturally, I left this "cafe".
But then there was an equally humiliating correspondence with the owner of the establishment, who was clearly a misogynist, or just an ill-mannered person who knew nothing about ethics.

The owner not only did not settle the conflict and did not make amends with an apology, he also had the audacity to tell me that he was watching me on cameras and counted how many minutes I spent in their cafe, and also managed to call the cafes that I mentioned to the waiters, which I regularly visit and can make an order at a convenient time for time for yourself.
Make a paid entry of 500 AMD (the price of the cheapest drink), and hang a sign with your requirements at the entrance, and do not humiliate customers.
I do not recommend this place to visit.

3 stars only for the room design and style.
The food is of very average quality
The cappuccino turned out to be terrible (it seemed to us that the milk had turned sour, but they said it was out of the question, that it was the taste of their grain)
We couldn't drink it, we offered to change it to a filter, but the filter turned out to be acceptable.

For all the advantages of the institution, rightly noted in other reviews, there are also a considerable number of disadvantages: 1) Unreasonably low prices (~ 4000 AMD or ~ 700 RUB for a cupcake with blueberry pie). 2) the chairs are too comfortable. 3) Trouble-free Wi-Fi. All this leads to a regular lack of seats, and the cafe has turned into a co-working. It's time to expand and raise prices :-)

I don't understand why this place is being praised so much. The cafe is very cramped, there are a lot of people. Everyone sits for hours with laptops on hard uncomfortable stools. It is very noisy and bustling around. Coffee tastes good, but not to say that it's fantastic. Just decent coffee. There are no price tags on desserts. They took a piece of the most ordinary pie, and it cost almost 400 rubles. At the same time, it was quite rubbery and smelled strongly of soda.
