One of my favorite movie theaters.Perhaps the most convenient location in Almaty is in the Shopping center "TSUM" near the Arbat, you can walk before the session, or after, eat in numerous cafes in TSUM and on the Arbat.Very comfortable chairs, large screens - it is better to take seats starting from the middle and above.Always spotless, perfectly clean,good service and service.The staff is very pleasant.Thank you very much for the emotions you have brought and for your hard work 🌹

It was the first time, the 1 minus is that only 1 ticket office is open, which is why there is a very long queue. The waiting areas are not very comfortable, even for me, a person with a sleeper build, it was uncomfortable, not to mention other people. The staff is a little cheeky towards the visitors (maybe only towards me). Otherwise, everything is fine, even the staff let me through with their food. The atmosphere is top, the sound and the screen are too, everything is clean, the chairs are pleasant. Despite the disadvantages, the cinema is good.

I really like this cinema, the location on the Arbat makes it profitable to visit, because after the movie you can immediately plunge into the atmosphere of festivities along the walking street.
