We celebrated our birthday in this institution, took a package for 4 hours. The administrator who conducted the conversation in Viber behaved absolutely incompetently, it felt like they had just opened. A children's and adult table were planned, only with the help of leading questions it turned out that for each adult it was necessary to pay 10 rubles (for being present in the room), and then it turned out a few hours before the event that they did not provide dishes and cutlery for adults. More precisely, they offered to pay 30 rubles for disposable tableware. The promised gift to the birthday boy was not presented, there was also no invitation card, and in general, the mood from the holiday was 0 points.
The animator and the magician smoothed out the situation, but for such a price it's just unprofessional and I don't recommend celebrating holidays there. I really regretted that the holiday was in Luna Park.

Positive:
- interesting modern decoration in neon colors;
- good work of the animator, which made the child and his guests in a great mood
Minuses:
- communication with the administration of the center: it is not always possible to get reliable information + it is quite difficult to reach them. It can take several hours between the question and the answer, which greatly stretches the solution of questions in time;
- solving the "jambs" of the center at the expense of visitors.
We celebrated the child's birthday. The number of children is 10+ people. The head of the center apparently considered it normal to leave us with a friendly woman who, unfortunately, was not very competent in organizational matters.
It was necessary to show independence and ingenuity in almost any issue. When it came time to break the pinata, it turned out that neither the administrator nor the animator knew where to hang it. As a result, the pinata was held in the hands of her husband.
During the holiday, it so happened that the animator had a force majeure on the way, she was delayed. No one warned me about this. Moreover, after my call to the head with the question "Where is the animator? We have the whole program scheduled," the head apparently considered it not so important to call me back, inform me about the force majeure event and suggest another scenario. After 15 minutes, I called him again myself.
All we were offered was to suddenly open a room for celebration, which was originally rented for the last hour of the holiday and somehow get out of this situation on our own. Oh, yes, they also promised to count something. What happened in the end? Our presence in the room was disrupted by children's animation, since we could not transfer the animation after the end of the originally planned rental of the room, since there would be no place to spend it, there was an entry to the Nerf arena by the following visitors. In a hurry, it was decided to let the children into the room to have a snack for about 15 minutes (just by this time a hot pizza arrived). By the way, the pizza arrived on time, as we ordered. After that, let the children go to the animation (just in time to free up the Nerf arena for the next visitors) + at the end of the animation, the cake is taken out and the sweet table is served. In fact, we used the room within an hour + a "forced" hour of waiting for children after animation. Because of such a force majeure situation, the administrator asked us to clean the room as much as possible, as she was afraid not to have time to do it on her own.
OK, we met halfway, finished the sweet table very quickly and completely cleaned up after ourselves.
As a result, for the disrupted schedule of a pre-planned event (and this is really the "jamb" of the organizer), not only did no one apologize to us, we also counted this unplanned hour of hall rental (+ 80 rubles) in the cost. That's how it is, the Lunapark service. I drew the attention of the head to this (by the end of the holiday, he did return), but his position was firm and in his opinion, we could leave the hall in an hour and have a cake somewhere else). I didn't like this moment. But by that time I was tired enough and didn't want to completely spoil my mood.
The children enjoyed the holiday very much (thanks to the animator, she worked her 100%).
To sum up, I can say that for me the Lunapark is an amazing place full of surprises.
