From 12 o'clock they called themselves and each time the manager said that we would bring them in 20 minutes. We hope that they will arrive before 18.00)). There is only one advantage, the food is delicious, but the delivery is just terrible. As a result, the food arrived at 2:30 p.m.), the food was all cold and the driver could not clearly answer what the problem was and threw everything at the manager. He did not answer the question of what time the order was delivered))).

I ordered delivery via Yandex yesterday. The Kiev cutlet was very good for its price. But the cutlets with a mozzarella ball arrived raw, and the potatoes were undercooked. I wrote an appeal to Yandex asking for a refund, but my friend said that Yandex had not considered her request in 2 weeks. So I'm not hoping for a Yandex response, and I'm writing a review.
