I'll start with the pros:
1. Excellent location: 10min to m.Molodezhnaya and 15min to Korona shopping center. There are 1-3 metro stations to any of the city's attractions.
2. Excellent Wi-Fi in the room.
3. In the lobby between the rooms there is a vending machine with coffee, tea and even something like cereal with milk you can buy.
4. Parking in the courtyard is large, the entrance is through a barrier. It opens by calling the owner.
5. You can access YouTube on TV and find any movie to watch.
Now the cons:
1. The sockets near the bed did not work. We lived as a family with a child, and it was extremely inconvenient to throw charging phones all over the floor.
2. Since it was stated that the apartment has a Jacuzzi and there was an emphasis on this everywhere, of course we paid attention to this bonus. BUT the jacuzzi WASN'T working! When contacting the administrator on the fourth call, he nevertheless came to check it and said that he needed to call the master for repairs. Before that, I was stalling and gave different instructions each time what to press, etc. Also, as a possible reason, it was mentioned that we turn on the Jacuzzi after 22h, and this is forbidden because of the noise). It seemed that he already knew about the breakdown and deliberately did not inform us about it when checking in, as well as about the non-working sockets. Unfortunately, he did not respond to our request to compensate us for the lack of the promised Jacuzzi, and we no longer had time to wait for repairs.
3. There is very little space in the room, there is no closet in the hallway connected to the kitchenette. The table is near the front door right in the hallway. One person may be comfortable, but not the family. There is no stove or hob, just some kind of electric stove lying in the table.
4. The bathroom sink is tiny, I've never seen it like this before, it's inconvenient even to wash my hands. There is no heated towel rail.

This hotel pleased me with its level of service. The staff was always ready to help, the room was spotlessly clean. I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of the city due to its convenient location. It is ideal for tourists and those who travel for work. I am very happy with my choice!
