The place is just a fairy tale. Two adults and four children had a family vacation. The house is clean and tidy. There is everything you need. There are just a bunch of locations on the estate: a park, a lake, a river, a volleyball and football field, a playground, a trampoline, swings, sun beds near the lake and a bunch of other things. Fishing is super biting like with a machine gun and in most cases medium-sized carp and crucian carp, but there are also larger specimens. But when we got a 1.5 kilogram sturgeon, the child jumped for joy (the sturgeon was released into the lake by agreement with the owner of the estate), you can just write endlessly. The children's impressions were simply off the scale. My wife and I are happy too. The prices are all affordable. There are minor flaws in the territory, but it is very large and these are small things compared to the emotions that we children received. We will definitely come again.Many thanks to Lavon.

Disgusting! There are a lot of things, but no taste! The bathhouse is completely unsanitary! It's high time for the plumbing to be replaced! The prices do not correspond to the services provided! The owner deserves special attention. A cheater who is only interested in money! He does not care much about the comfort and pleasure of the guests! However, I do not recommend it! Avoid this place!

I want to leave a review about the owner of the estate and also about the estate itself. Indeed, there is a good house, with a decent courtyard in principle, but, by strange coincidence and the cunning of the owner, we were settled in a squalid barn for the New Year holidays.... 23 people were settled in a place where there is no banquet hall, there is no place for dancing, everything is very dirty and just terrible. At the same time, the price of space... the contract was not concluded properly.. more precisely, there was no agreement at all.. tax evasion is also possible... complete unsanitary conditions.. a real barn! The owner turned out to be a liar .. I said one thing, but in fact it turned out to be completely different! Be careful when ordering a manor from this Leonid.. see what exactly will happen and make out the contract correctly, so that you don't get a spoiled mood and a holiday later.. I am attaching a photo.. Once again, the owner is a psychological liar, and part of the estate is just a barn, dirty and squalid.. with hanging cobwebs and complete unsanitary conditions. The Lavonikha farmstead boasts a good place to relax-but only at first glance. The owner of this estate was able to spoil all the impressions of a beautiful place. He walks around the house without any comments and checks everything, not to mention that for all the little things (I'm not ashamed to call them that) you have to pay extra (column, trampoline, table tennis....this list is endless).EVERYTHING IS PAID HERE!!!!!!
Leonid, living by the principle "A penny saves a ruble", you forget that there is also an expression "Greed of a frayer ruined". To summarize, I would like to say that not all farmsteads are equally useful for your health and our recreation.)))))))))))))
