I bought 2 sofas almost simultaneously in this store.And that was my big mistake.The sofa model itself was to my taste, it looked good.But....after half a year of operation, when lifting the mechanism in my mother's sofa, a leg broke off, escaped almost alive.They refused to take the sofa to another city under warranty.After another half a year, the same situation happened with my sofa, they changed my leg, but they made a *hurrah out of me that I don't know how to use.Ok.The sofa was made for me with such huge pillows that there is practically no place to sit down.A year later, my mother's sofa sagged.There is a huge pit in the place where they are sitting.It is clear that everything has an expiration date, but not after 1.5 years from the date of purchase, especially since the sofa is not cheap.Draw your own conclusions.

Hello. We ordered a sofa about 3 years ago. There were no questions with the choice of material and the selection of the model. The consultant helped and advised. That was the end of all the joy. Not only was the sofa not manufactured within the time specified in the contract, but I also had to call and ask for the sofa to be brought. They served breakfast for a while, then they brought it, but not in the same configuration that they ordered. Our joy was not long. Three years later, the springs in the spring block began to sag. Obvious pits formed on the seat of the sofa. I just don't understand. I came and asked you to make me a sofa, I paid as much money as they said. And I didn't ask you to make it cheaper for me! But they charge 100% for the product, and the quality, unfortunately, is 20%. In general, I'm upset to the core. I will not recommend this office to anyone I know.

They paid 100 percent, which I do not advise anyone, but they talked very nicely about the deadlines, promised to make and bring them by a certain date, they also have an agreement with a good transport company)))) then everything went according to a different plan. First, of course, the production dates have shifted to more distant ones. Then there are problems with delivery, - they were delivered for almost two weeks from the date of the warning that the sofa would arrive soon)) We sat and waited... By the way, the tr.company is Vamexpress, the name does not fully correspond. The main thing is that when talking to a consultant about delivery, the answer was the same - we made it, the rest is not our problem. It's not very pleasant at all. The sofa has arrived, I do not recommend this model to the apartment for one reason - a very large distance from the back of the sofa to the wall, just very large, given that the sides of the sofa are longer than they should be, meaning that 7 centimeters from the back generally form an empty space, and from the wall to the pillows 30 centimeters, pillows are much above the back of the sofa. I don't live in Minsk, I can't compare with the model in their salon, it looks bulky and strange due to this. Therefore, the question remains open as to how it should be. But when ordering, I do not remember this in their salon. The sofa is very heavy, simply unaffordable, and it is only 2 meters long.Ambiguous feelings are caused by this product. But unlike other manufacturers, their products looked more high-quality. And I concluded for myself that I would never order furniture again!!!!!

We contacted the store, wrote an application to correct this defect immediately, waited 14 days, and finally said that they would not fix anything, they say it's not their fault.Davan costs 3,500 thousand and instead of fixing their joint and not spoiling their reputation, they blame others (they themselves are to blame, then transport, etc.)But not them.
The contract, as it turns out, has no legal force. After all, everything is spelled out in the contract what and how it should be on both sides, but in fact nothing is being corrected.
Think very carefully about whether you should order a sofa there.

The agreement was signed on 15/11/20. We received an advance payment. The production time is 40 working days. It's been 3 months. There is still no sofa.
