Master Tatiana realizes only her desires when cutting. I clearly said that I only need to cut my hair exactly. Before the haircut, I asked for a little above the shoulders, as a result, they cut me more, arguing that if you cut less, they will quickly begin to twist. But the worst thing was that I had a milling done! Moreover, they were cut by milling 2-3 centimeters! I have thin thin hair, I know better what to do. I am categorically against this. Previously, they always asked and I always refused, and then without asking, they began to do and to my question why they didn't ask, they began to aggressively gnobit and say that I can complain to whom I want (apparently, I'm far from the first to whom such arbitrariness of the "master" did not go). Instead of at least apologizing, she began to say that she was doing as she saw fit... She screamed that she tolerated me for the whole haircut, although I silently endured how Tatiana fit into the skin with scissors and scratched her head with a comb with all her might. I can't imagine what would happen to at least a slightly injured scalp after this. Well, an hour before the end of the working day, the entire office, with the exception of Tatiana and her friend, decided to leave, which is why it was not possible to contact the administration. Ruined my hair. Now I will wait two months to get at least a little bit of hair to redo it in a normal barber shop..
This is the first time I think that I have to return the money. I just can't sleep for two hours and I'm crying because they did something to me that I refused all my life and now I have to wait so long to fix it. Also pay for IT? I paid only because I was tired after work and not ready for conflicts, but I hope that I will be able to return the money, because in another barber shop I will have to pay for correcting this horror. I spent time and nerves, but I got far from what I wanted, also rudeness as a "bonus".
