I came across M. Leather by accident, in search of new sources of leather. I decided to order a trial of 1 half-shell. Perhaps the manager I was talking to had a bad day or someone offended her, but communication did not work out right away. I made an order on the website, I couldn't get in touch by phone (Novosibirsk, Russia), we contacted WhatsApp. They clarified whether to select my skin or not, and after my confirmation, they informed me that they would make a photo selection and send a photo. The first photo had terrible skin (maybe the lighting is bad, maybe it's such an advertising move - to throw off a bad photo first). "No, I don't like this one. Are there any other options?" To which they replied, "Yes, we can replace it, but only once." I do not understand this message at all, i.e. if they did not pick up your skin from 2 attempts, then go to the forest. The second photo was better, and I agreed to it. Clarifying questions ARE NOT WELCOME. We made the calculation, dropped the link to the payment - I paid. After 3 days, the message "You were not counted correctly, you need to pay extra." I pay extra well. And HOORAY, the next day they finally placed an order for me. Delivery of SDEC - there are no complaints about them. The packaging is simply wrapped in film - crumpled on both sides of the edge, but tolerable.
result: The manager doesn't care about your wishes and no one will pick up anything normal for you remotely (no, well, you can change it 1 time). No one will say anything about the grade of leather either (I received grade 3- I learned from the invoice for the goods). Maybe they have a lot of orders and don't hold on to customers. But there are no comments on the skin (grade 3 is grade 3). Thanks to M. Leather for the experience and goodbye.

My order was placed two years ago. I ordered, explained that I was a beginner and what I needed and for what. As a result, of the three positions, only the gate worked.
KX is not KX at all, but do not understand what kind of skin, without the pool-up effect.
The brown yuft feels like Soviet linoleum, I put it a couple of times at the bottom of the bag inside, it's nowhere else
I wonder if it's always like this for beginners? After that, I ordered from others, there was never such a disappointment.
When you buy for the first time and such a jamb occurs, you will not come to such a seller anymore.
The worst thing in this situation is the wasted time, I tried to sew something out of this skin unknowingly, but it turned out to be nonsense. I thought my hands were from the wrong place until I ordered from another place.

To say that I'm in shock is an understatement!!!
The skin is terrible!!! It's all scratched and has birth defects, the seller didn't mention it, he didn't provide a video!!! We sent photos from each side, where we didn't focus on these problems, it was the first and last time we worked with this supplier!!!
