It's a shock. I've never seen such disrespect before. We ordered the documents to be sent on the 8th. They didn't even pick me up until I was 16. They just sent it.... Important documentation was not delivered on time. I had to send it by mail. It is not possible to get through. Reading the reviews, you just ask yourself the question: Where are the Government agencies looking? Why is the quality of services not monitored? And in general, why do such "would-be deliverers" still work?

This is not an express transportation company - it is an attraction to train your nerves. They can't pick up the parcel for several days, it's impossible to get through, they're rude, they want to go, they don't want to go. The answer is always the same: "I'll take it if I have time." The service in Grodno has deteriorated terribly. Find a person already and open an office! You can't throw employees around like that. I really hope that the head of the company will see this review!
