I used the service for a long time, at first everything was done well with more, but after the last visit I was convinced once again that I needed a service that specializes in a specific car brand. I contacted them last time about the comprehensive replacement of the rear drums on my car. Before that, I changed their pads and cables. Then the pads were placed unsuccessfully, one of them was simply placed with a skew. As a result, when replacing the drums, the set of pads went into the trash. And after installing the drums and new pads, the employee (his tongue will not turn to call him a master) spread the pads so that the rear wheels began to slow down constantly, and during the control race the rear drums overheated, which led to their deformation, as it turned out after they were already lapped. Yes, they rearranged the pads, the drums began to rotate more freely, but then a clicking sound appeared from behind when braking. They began to convince me that it was a matter of the automatic transmission mechanism, that only the original was needed, and so on. After a couple thousand kilometers, vibration and a characteristic low-frequency sound were already added to the clicking sound. Upon further inspection of the drum brakes, uneven wear was noticed on both. After replacing and installing the new drums correctly, the vibration and clicking problems are gone. In general, as a result, due to the fault of the service, I got involved in considerable additional costs to eliminate the results of their own crookedness. I do not recommend contacting wide-profile service stations like this for specific problems.

Maximum of the most basic repairs and that's all. They can repair a spare part at a price 2 times more expensive than a new one of the same spare part. This is not to mention complete indifference to other possible problems, which was said to be eliminated - we will eliminate (if possible), and the rest is not our concern. For example, after repairing the air conditioner, a generator roller that looked like a whistle immediately appeared, and in the morning, on the way to a normal service station, the roller broke down. There is also a huge problem with time: on the call it was said that it was possible to drive up immediately, as a result, most of the time the car was just waiting for the master or elevator to be released

I changed the rear pads in the drums. After the replacement appeared, it became audible that in the wheel (one) what rubs, when braking, the pedal began to beat. The sound of friction changed during braking. On my second appeal two days later, under warranty, the master, without removing the wheels, assured me that everything was fine, maybe it was the drums themselves, or maybe something else, and sent me home. A control autopsy at another service station showed that the pads with springs were installed so that the system did not work properly. 15 minutes of correction work and the "chirping" disappeared and the pedal stopped beating. The pad self-drive system worked on the problem wheel. Don't set foot on them anymore.

I want to pay special attention to the person who takes and gives the car, he finds 1000 nuances in a serviceable car and puts a cosmic sum! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR SERVICE TO ANYONE! IT WILL BE MORE EXPENSIVE FOR YOURSELF! I left more than 500 rubles, it's no use!

Although not often, I visit this service station during the year. And I changed the oil, and I sorted out the suspension, and I changed the alternator belt today. Everything is always done well and without unnecessary hype, there have never been any problems. If something needs to be changed additionally, the master points with his finger, and you decide for yourself whether to do it or not. According to the price tag, I think it's okay, not cheap, but not expensive either. I'm going to change the springs soon, I'll go to them again

Doesn't even deserve one star. I arrived with a gearshift problem, it was always either 3rd or 4th. They said they would diagnose the problem and report it before starting to do anything. As a result, a call arrives a day later with the words "everything is ready, come!". Upon arrival, we got into the car for a ride. I got into the car, I see that the skin on the shift lever is torn into trash, it was clear that after they tore it, they tried to attach it back, but it did not work. I was told that it was, I just wasn't paying attention. Well, they know better, of course) Then they started moving, they had to turn back, but the back one didn't stick, the first one stuck. As a result, five times with all his might, the master broke the lever and stuck the rear one, but it always turned out to be the front one. On the sixth time, he DROVE the back one in with great force, looked at me and said, "LOOK, THE BACK ONE." After we drove, I realized that the gear lever has a huge backlash, all gears stick very hard. When I started saying that this was not a job, and that I did not want to pay for it, they told me that they would either break it back as it was, or that it could not have been done better there. By the way, in order to save your time, money and nerves, I strongly recommend not to visit this WORKSHOP

I will never go to them again in my life. I called in advance, asked if they could adjust the headlights (it was necessary to go through that, so I decided to prepare in advance). I arrived , I was accepted , after 2 minutes they said everything is perfect with the adjustment , we did not adjust anything in your car . When I asked if I should pay for something, the manager immediately replied: "Yes, all 100% of the cost of the work (24 rubles)." Although , in fact , adjustments were not carried out . Of course, this angered me, because in fact they did nothing. If, for example, I came to replace the automatic transmission, and in fact when they accepted the car and checked that it was in order, I would have to pay 1000 byn for nothing? It 's complete nonsense .

I decided to take my car for suspension diagnostics, something was blurting out on the pits, but the car drove well, there were no questions (like going to the dentist once a year for a check). The car was driven into the garage, hung up, and asked to wait... I was called to discuss the problems and it started: 1. You cannot drive a car, it is strictly prohibited. 2. You have a spring here that will burst soon, if you are driving, it immediately crashes into the wheel, it breaks and you are on the side of the road in a ditch (I checked out the fairy tale). 3. The caliper needs to be changed. 4. The pads need to be changed (a month before contacting m-service, I changed the pads in a circle). 5. Silent beam block. 6. Stabilizer bar. I am a girl, I have a Peugeot 307, I keep a notebook and mark all replacement parts with mileage, write the numbers of spare parts, companies, etc., I repair the car from friends, but not in Minsk. I do not understand anything of the above-mentioned problems, which are so beautifully described to me in the m-service. The director immediately offered to leave their car for repair, since it is absolutely impossible to go and named the repair amount of 1200 rubles. I say I'll go home, think about it, then decide what to do. They press me further that I can't go. • I asked for the car back, but when leaving the yard, for unknown reasons, there are no brakes! How did it happen? I couldn't show anything out of fright, the service station was closing, but I left the car with them, since there was nowhere to go (maybe this was their plan?) They offered to fix the brakes for 540 rubles, and when there is money, then everything else. Well, what can I do? I took the car in the morning because it is very expensive and strange. A friend in the garage showed a cut brake hose, which is rewound with duct tape, it is unlikely that it cut itself. It is unclear what happened: she arrived with brakes, left without.

How I was almost divorced for 1100 rubles. I applied to the service station on 01/22/2020, Audi A5 car 2010 for suspension diagnostics. The pendant on the pits rattled. And for the replacement of the low beam bulb. According to the cream, their suspension is diagnosed for free. They made a diagnosis for me – they prescribed for replacement: the front lever 4 pcs (replacement 180 rubles, s / h 240 rubles), the stabilizer bar 2 pcs (replacement 36 rubles, s / h 45 rubles), repair of the steering rack (remove / put 250 rubles, repair 240 rubles).. They asked for 18 rubles for replacing the light bulb, it turned out not to be a light bulb, but most likely in the ignition unit, they said it was necessary to diagnose – 30 rubles, and the replacement of the ignition unit was 68 rubles. Total: work + spare parts more than 1100 rubles. I didn't do anything with them. I decided to check on other service stations. I drove the car another two hundred meters. At the next two service stations, I was told that the car's suspension was in excellent condition, the rail was dry, and it wasn't leaking anywhere. At the first service station, they showed me that my protection had fallen off, and most likely it was knocking, they fixed the protection for 5 rubles, and everything became perfect when riding on pits. The ignition blog of the headlight was replaced for 30 rubles. By the way, I clarified how much the replacement work costs, which they wrote to me on m-service – the cost of work is overestimated by 2-3 times, spare parts by 2 times. I think they tried to get me divorced. Just like in the movie "Garash", where Kulinkovich starred in the title role, a film by a Belarusian director, as in Shabans, the daughter of a tax inspector was bred in the garage in the same way, who took bribes from them. But I don't take bribes from them. Ordinary people are being bred. I thought it was only in the movie, but it's all really happening here in Minsk. Judging by the reviews on cream, they used to work well. Most likely, the shareholders of m-service are not involved in this, but the employees of this service station need to be dealt with. I don't advise anyone!!!
