A great store. I bought an XD Design backpack from them, a month later the seam on the strap broke, but I decided not to apply under warranty due to the fact that I live in another city. I tried to sew it up on my own, but it didn't help. There were fears that after that it would definitely be useless to apply under warranty. Almost at the end of the warranty period, while visiting Minsk on business, I asked the manager if something could be done in this situation. I provided a photo that the seam had parted before any manipulation, and the store + supplier immediately gave me a brand new backpack with an updated one-year warranty. Special thanks to the XD Design brand for such an attitude towards customers!

Comfortable and modern, there is even a toilet, a comfortable temperature and an attentive manager, everything is super.

The sellers are very friendly. They were polite, helped to choose a model, and were tolerant of all questions. They called the supplier, clarified the information and called me back. I really liked buying here, you rarely find such stores now
