I would also like to note the attentiveness of the administrator, Yana, who found and returned the lost brooch the next day — I did not notice the loss immediately, but the next day, which indicates the attentiveness of the team: after closing, finding a small brooch on the floor of the hall after dozens of guests means really putting things in order, very nice!
A nice place that's been around for years, a pleasant atmosphere, an inexpensive bar, there are some snacks, a good team of the establishment is a great option to have a nice evening!

I was in this bowling alley more than 10 years ago. It feels like nothing has changed at all, and it turned out to be very cool. Pleasant atmosphere, quite acceptable equipment. On 12/21/2024, we celebrated a New Year's corporate party.We booked a table from 18.00 to 24.00 in a room where karaoke takes place after 22.00, which we learned about at about 19.00, as well as the fact that after 22.00 we need to pay 15 rubles per person to stay at this table. When we booked, no one warned us about this.But the most unpleasant thing started after they brought us an invoice, in which many prices differed from the menu (the photo of which was taken a week before the corporate party, and which is still on your website), for example, Caesar salad instead of 22p.,in the receipt 24p., not to mention that We don't read the receipt, prices and names of dishes are not visible. The attitude of the staff is terrible, the guys who worked behind the bar were not responsible properly, rudely and did not even try to explain the situation with prices! When asked to bring a complaint book, which was not brought on demand, they snapped. When I asked for a pen, they replied: " Oh, can I give you a pen too?". The impression of your establishment is unpleasant! I ask the administration of the institution to look into this situation.

As a result, a young man approaches us, most likely the administrator, and says that 20 minutes remain until the end of our time, because people came to OUR table who had reservations from 21:00 a.m. I don't understand how such an absurdity happened at all, it's just a real annoyance... at least we should have been warned by phone or when we arrived that we had a reservation before 9. We ruined the evening, the mood, the service was simply of poor quality, as if we had come to some kind of eatery on the outskirts of the city + to all this,When we wanted to start playing pool billiards, a man came up to us and said that they had a reservation for our table, and we spent some time figuring out whose table and where everyone's reservation should be. The receptionist is as green as possible, as if he had just graduated from kindergarten. As a result, after visiting this "wonderful" institution, we experienced the full range of emotions from communicating with the "lovely" Angelina, who communicated very arrogantly and unpleasantly. I ruined the birthday girl's mood, and also brought her to tears, not by the very fact of losing our armor, but by my arrogant boorish behavior. Train your staff to communicate with guests and explain to them what polite communication and conflict resolution are. Because rolling your eyes and ridiculing when you explain to a person that you have to clarify all the points yourself is not good service. And also teach us how to schedule reservations properly so as not to lose them, since the schedule we saw looks like a first-grader's notebook, which is boring to sit in class and he paints and doodles on a sheet, just fear and horror.

It is possible with children, there is also a children's maze for a fee, but there is some kind of working time that is not entirely clear, but it is there.

The bar is quite mediocre and very expensive for an institution of this class.
Now about bowling:
The balls are killed, beaten, crooked, just not all the balls are on the track, I had to divide one ball into 2 tracks and 4 people....
The tracks themselves are also worn, swollen in places, and in general, in my opinion, not suitable for the game, at least not for money, the cost of an hour was 45 rubles. which is the usual price for such establishments, I am extremely disappointed with visiting this institution and I believe that the owners do not even plan to update something there.
A note in the corner of the consumer "smiled" - "due to the high wear and tear of the equipment, the administration is not responsible for the personal belongings of visitors" - after reading this inscription, it was necessary to turn around and leave in my opinion.
It is extremely a pity for the money spent and the lack of a positive mood from visiting this bowling alley!

I did not like the following points: we booked a track for 22:00, upon arrival we had to wait until another company finished playing, very uncomfortable and "hot" shoes, after which the socks in which we came can be thrown away, the game itself often hung (incorrect folding of downed pins, hanging of the mechanism that lowers the pins, etc.), for this Precious minutes were being lost. The toilet is a separate kind of art, of course in such institutions it is a "classic", but damn, at least occasionally they could clean it.

- on the day of the prepayment, I asked at the bar if I could pre-order snacks over the phone, and they said yes, you can. later, after calling the bar, they refused to order food by phone, they said it was necessary to order on the spot and make an advance payment, and of course I did not go there for the second time.
+ but on the day of the game, everything was fine, the food was ready quickly (despite the large number of guests in the establishment).
- as for the tracks, at the beginning we were offered tracks 1 and 2, which made us very happy (but when we came for shoes, unfortunately, we were moved to tracks 8-9).
- the atmosphere is very dark, very loud music.
+/- according to the game, since I'm a beginner, I can't judge the track and the mechanism, but the balls are dead- one caught and damaged the nail. balls with defects (cracks and other damages) were found.. and personally, the name of the cocktail "Green Walnut" was unclear to me - I ordered it because of the word "nut". but I did not find the presence of taste or aftertaste in the green, but orange juice. Some balls are already square and chipped.
There is no lighting above the path or above the tables.
There is no convector above the front door.
If you play on the tracks that are next to the entrance, be prepared for a draft, and the workers themselves are sitting at the counter shaking.

When playing on all tracks, all the balls are on the tracks, and the racks for spare balls are empty. Probably the institution focuses only on women and children.
