The staff is fucked up. The tables are all empty. But you don't lean in. Do not put the bag on a chair. Hold the glass in your hand and don't even think about putting it on an empty table for a minute. They touched the water on the table (they have it in a new stylish container), defiantly runs around and checks if everything is okay with it.
So for this summer, pass with this place.
In winter, I'll go inside, to the gym. The interior is interesting

But after such "little things", there is no desire to visit this institution.
The only thing that pleased me was the responsiveness of the receptionist, who helped with the bouquets during our stay.
I am a restaurateur myself, and I can say that in this institution the picture is very sad in relation to the girls…I really hope that this review will affect the attitude of the staff towards the guests.

My friend and I decided to have a cocktail and sit in some decent bar. They chose Madmen. No one met us at the entrance, a waiter came up with a menu and a wine list and offered us water. You know, this is not the first time I have visited establishments of what they consider to be a "class", but I have never seen that the water that is offered or simply brought at the beginning turned out to be a surprise in the bill. Often, this is a compliment from the institution, or it is consistent with the guest..The waiter began to tell me the opposite: in all establishments there is such a system (it is to silently bring incomprehensible water at the beginning and turn on her account) By the way, a small bottle of water cost 15p. Going further, the following picture struck us the most: on the terrace for visitors there is an inflatable pool with balloons and wet, possibly drunken dancing girls. The floor is wet,
there are puddles all over the hall. I think it's not worth talking about the consequences of a wet floor) This is already a safety technique. The most interesting thing is that it was not a night and there was no public event. Just why not put an inflatable pool in a decent institution in the middle of the hall and shoot on the phone how not very sober girls are doused with sparkling wine?) When our order arrived, I was shocked. We ordered 2 identical cocktails and ice cream balls. The cocktail description included sparkling wine, coconut liqueur/syrup, etc. In fact, they brought us 2 glasses of not the best sparkling wine (I feel bad from cheap and low-quality alcohol, this time it became), with a drop of coconut flavor and citric acid. The staff does not have a clear demarcation of the work area, sits on chairs, stares at visitors, is not tidy. You can talk a lot about that evening, but I sincerely do not recommend this place. In the city of Minsk there are a huge number of establishments for a class or an order of magnitude better, but not raising such a bar in words. Don't spoil your mood.
