Cool gym, qualified coaches. You feel comfortable regardless of the level of training. A sauna after a workout is a huge plus. I definitely recommend it!

There are both group and personal training sessions with a trainer.
Coach Sasha will tell you everything and show you, starting from warm-up and ending with setting techniques in various types of exercises.
