They brought the toy back to the store. The seller (male), without even looking at the product, began to emotionally prove that he sold the gun in good condition, and then our problems. The receipt is never issued (we have bought goods in this store more than once). Yes, 20 rubles is a small cost, but not for 3 hours of play. Naturally, the son was very upset, he bought the gun with his own money
