Good afternoon. I am a frequent buyer of your clothes. I bought a light jacket in your store in Gomel on 11/25/2022. She wore it only once and there were dark spots on her-streaks on her back and on her right arm. I contacted the store with this problem, they advised me to use wipes to remove stains. The napkins didn't help. I didn't wear this jacket anymore. On 11.12.2022, I found the same spots on the left arm and all over the front of the jacket. Is it possible to exchange this product or refund money, because the thing is not cheap. I am attaching a photo. I ask for help in this situation.

Good stuff for a pretty high price.
The score is lowered due to untrained employees:
I bought a shirt for 220 BEL. rub., which passes for a tax refund (tax free). When I bought it, I forgot about it myself, as did the employee, although she knew for sure that I was not from Belarus. Therefore, being a couple of hours before departure, I decided to go nearby and issue a check.
The employee was talking to someone on the phone, she did not pay attention to me, who came up to the cashier, after I nodded to her, she got up and when she heard that I wanted to issue a check for a refund, she was confused and began to call the administrator. The employee does not know how to make it out, although she took out a whole folder with help on how to do it, and the administrator is off today. It is worth writing that you participate in the tax refund program only a few times a week.
Later, she strongly recommended that we go to their other store 40 minutes away, because they know how to make a refund there. If you had paid for my taxi, you could have turned a blind eye to it.
Improve the service, not a single thing will sell itself if your face - employees - are untrained.

I bought a jacket in a store in Brest. It's not the first time I've bought things from this company, so I was absolutely calm. After the first wash, the thing faded, the jacket was black and washed with a detergent for washing black things. I did not immediately believe that the thing had changed color so much. After the second wash, it got even worse and the color change was clearly noticeable. We decided to contact the store to return the jacket, but we also soaked the thing in water without detergents to make sure that the thing was shedding and it wasn't about the detergent. The water has changed color, an obvious marriage. I took it to the store. And I received an answer that the product is shedding as a result of violation of the rules of care. Question, is it a violation of the rules of care to lower the product into water without washing powder (it is indicated on the product that hand washing is possible)? Are you serious? I am extremely disappointed that it is far from a cheap thing, it turned out to be of poor quality, and even such an attitude of the company's management to this situation.

I bought a FADED raincoat. I only found out at home when the tag was removed from the raincoat. I applied for a refund within the period stipulated by the law on consumer rights - a refusal. And an offer to conduct an examination. Conclusion: the clothes of this brand are made of low-quality material that fades even in the store behind glass. They sell it knowing about things with marriage. Alas. But don't go there anymore.
