I was at the store today. The mixer broke, the part on which the rain falls, I asked the receptionist at the reception, told me to go to the mixer department, went to the department, the consultant did not even willingly listen to me, it was not pleasant, I showed him a spare part and is there one? I said "no", asked if there was anything to connect directly or an adapter, also "no", went to the administrator, I say that the consultant did not willingly listen to me, maybe there is a spare part, he said that ask the consultant, this is his department. Upset, I left the store, went to the Prestige store, where they picked up an adapter and gave me recommendations. To which I advise you not to lose customers and have a conversation with employees.

Of the cons:
1. Sometimes the staff does not know what they are selling. (It's like going to the grocery store and asking "where's the milk?" and the seller replied "what does it look like?")
2. It wouldn't hurt to send the staff to courtesy courses. (not everyone, of course, but there were moments)
3. Prices are so inflated that sometimes it is cheaper to go to Minsk to buy, return home and buy ice cream for the child (even taking into account their unprecedented discounts)

Suddenly, I made a mistake about the D.R. director, and dared to assume that the next discount would be on August 9, in honor of the events.
But on the 3rd, AGL decided to have a big conversation that day.
Based on previous dates, it was easy to assume that the discount would be on August 8 or 10. On the 8th, the second Sunday of the construction (and so on and so off). And on the 10th came the "ta-da!!!" price collapse of 25%.
