I chose this hospital to undergo a colonoscopy under sedation for a fee, the appointment was 2.5 months in advance, the day before the procedure I had to report to the intensive care anesthesiologist at 8:00, arriving at the hospital at 7:45, I was the fourth in line, the doctor was Krivenkov.V.And, at 8.10, he started the appointment, at 8.55 it was my turn and the doctor said that the appointment was over!I told the doctor that I had to drive 80 km and I was booked in at 8:00, to which Krivenkov replied that these were your problems.As we were leaving the office, we ran into the head of the department, who asked the doctor to write an advisory opinion.Returning to the office, the doctor began to say that he was tired of all people and he should only think about himself and his health, and even said that he disliked me and had the right to refuse to give me anesthesia, but continued to write when it was necessary to sign a consent to sedation, I asked for a pen, which Krivenkov replied that he had bought them with his own money and he was sorry to give me a pen to sign.The next day, the procedure took place, and when Krivenkov came to the office, he did not ask me a single question about my well-being, either before or after the procedure.It's sad!!Thanks to the rest of the team.Everything went well.But I won't see this doctor again.

He was admitted to the hospital at 11 o'clock, he was taken for surgery only at 17. When asked when the doctor would even look, they said that they initially perform elective surgeries, and then you. As a result, the doctor came on duty at 16 o'clock and only then was taken for surgery. When I went to complain to the head, to say that people have been sitting since 7 a.m. and haven't eaten for so long. She said it was useful and it was a "therapeutic hunger strike." It's just a shock.

Before the operation, I went to the wardrobe in advance and asked for the working time, they said until 19.00. He asked several times if it was accurate. They said yeah, that's right. After the operation, around 18 o'clock, the wardrobe was closed and the jacket could not be obtained. There are no spare keys, there is no way to get a jacket.
