We rested in the hotel from 24.09 to 01.10, We liked the hotel, it was clean and cozy. We lived in the 1st building, the hotel has 4 rooms. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator. The staff is friendly, the administrator Olga will always explain everything if you have any questions))) We checked in right away, even though it was an early arrival, apparently we were lucky and the rooms were already ready. We took a breakfast tour so as not to be tied to the hotel, but if you want, you can at least have lunch or dinner, pay 500 rubles. and choose what you want, and the choice was always delicious and homemade. There were fruits too. In the dining room (it is located in the 2nd building) It's clean and nice to be here. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, greenery around, there is a heated swimming pool, they clean it every day, they saw it for themselves))), we spent evenings in the pool, the water is clean and warm. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. The hotel has its own territory on the beach (pebble), it is clear that it is clean, they are also cleaned, but there is a small minus, firstly there are not enough sun beds (sun beds with the Magnolia logo), and secondly it's time to change the umbrellas (well, they are too shabby), or at least update, add new ones. Cleaning every day, if you don't want to, there are "do not disturb" signs. Beach towel cards (in my opinion, a rarity in Abkhazia) upon check-in. The "intestine" did not touch us, Thank God, although we collected a lot of medicines after reading reviews, although this is of course a matter of chance. In general, I liked the rest in this hotel)))

We had a rest at the hotel in early October. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the sea, in a quiet area, many shops and cafes nearby. We checked in almost two hours ahead of time, which was very pleasant. The room was cleaned, clean. The pool was cleaned every day, very warm, open from 8 to 20.00, which is very convenient, since it was not noisy in the evenings. They did not eat in the dining room, as they only paid for accommodation. The lights were turned off, but the generator turned on immediately. Of the cons: I would like to recommend that the owners of the hotel put a clothes dryer on each balcony, otherwise they had to hang the laundry on the railing. Well, the furniture with linen, of course, is no longer "first freshness", but this is normal for a hotel positioning itself as three stars. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, thanks for the hospitality, we would have come again. By the way, we rested with two children and did not catch any rotoviruses, although the children did not get out of the pool.

Wonderful stay, good cuisine, courteous staff. Everything is always fresh in the kitchen. My husband had a birthday, swans were twisted out of towels as a gift, and a cake with candles was congratulated. On the last day, the hostess allowed me to stay in the room for 4 extra hours before the transfer. The swimming pool on the territory is always clean and in October it was warmed up. We rested from 2.08-10.08 2024. We stayed at the Magnolia Hotel, we really liked the hotel itself, the service. Everything is clean, towels were changed often, linen every three days, the room is cozy, everything you need is there, room cleaning every day. Olga is a very pleasant and sociable receptionist, she quickly finds a common language with the guests of the hotel. Special thanks to Olga personally. From the hotel to the beach 300-400 meters, close to 10 minutes on foot. The hotel has a dining room in the 2nd building, the food is delicious, the table is Swiss, you pay money, you eat as much as you want and not expensive (the assortment is always large). There is also a recreation area on site, a swimming pool, massage for a fee, a children's room. You can choose any excursions at the hotel, there is a shuttle service, which is very convenient. We vacationed with my mother at this hotel last summer. Overall, I liked it 50/50. The hotel is modest, suitable for non-demanding tourists who do not like to stay in a hotel.
The territory is not very cozy, there are paving stones everywhere, there is not enough vegetation.
There are no recreation areas. Only the sun beds by the pool that are always occupied. And a sofa by the pool. There were some other gazebos, but they were always smoking there, we didn't go there.
We lived in the second building, overlooking the main building and the mountains.
It was not difficult to go to the dining room of the neighboring building.
By the way, the big plus of the hotel is the food. The food is really delicious and varied. The chefs are great fellows!👏🏻
The room is not cozy, it looks more like a comfortable prison cell. The renovation is made of the most budget materials. There is barbed plaster on the walls for street decoration. There are few outlets, wires sticking out everywhere. You can't turn on the kettle, because the wire stupidly does not reach the outlet. I had to contrive, substitute objects for the kettle. In short, the conditions are Spartan, there are always some obstacles.
Upon arrival, dinner food was left in the room, it was very pleasant.
It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea.
Sunbeds on the beach are occupied in the morning. There are very few of them. If you do not have time to borrow, you will lie on the rocks, or buy with money. It was very annoying that a lot of empty sunbeds with towels were empty all day. People don't do that! They left- they took their things, let others rest.
Well, the cherry on the cake is rotavirus the next day. Everyone who was in the hotel was sick. But I think this is a problem for the whole of Gagra. In pharmacies, crowds of our tourists are queuing for medicines for vomiting and diarrhea.
I recommend the hotel for those who want to explore Abkhazia, rather than live in a hotel 24/7, perhaps the older generation will like it here.
I will not come here myself, there are many other competitive hotels nearby, with the best conditions

We had a rest from December 30 to January 4, 2025. We lived in the 2nd building. We settled in quickly. The rooms are clean, towels were changed every day. Swimming pool with heated pool. The breakfasts are very tasty and satisfying. They rolled out like buns. On New Year's Eve, it was possible to book a table in the gazebo for free. The food was also prepared to order by 22:00, the prices were adequate. The administrator is friendly. When the lights were turned off, the generator was turned on in the hotel. Therefore, we did not notice the blackout. The hotel also has a sauna in excellent condition. They got drunk heartily. I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! We had a rest with our daughter in the second building from 09/29/24 to 08.10.24. I liked everything very much - the food was delicious, the rooms were cleaned every day, the pool was warm, the staff was friendly, and we arrived at 9.00 in the morning, we immediately checked in, we did not have to wait for 14.00 as usual. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Thanks for the rest, we'll be back again.

We had a vacation in August at 4m with two children.
The first thing I want to note is the clean and cozy rooms (we rested in the 2nd building). The food is decent, there is a large selection. The staff is friendly, the pool is clean.
But as soon as you leave the territory, there is one solid garbage everywhere.
The hotel has its own small beach, but apparently no one is watching it. There were a lot of cracked sunbeds, umbrellas fall apart and fold up on their own, personally, I almost got hit right on the head 2 times. Bottles, leftovers, cigarette butts, and used personal hygiene products are on the beach itself.. I don't know whose fault it is.. but in my opinion, for such money from tourists, it was possible to hire a person to keep order on such a small piece of beach. There is no doctor in the hotel, which is not unimportant, to seek emergency help only at the state hospital, to go to it only by taxi.. but, of course, everything is paid there.
The sensations of rest are mixed.

Kitchen 👍. Breakfast is included.
Dinner and lunch are 500rubles per person.

We rested at the Magnolia Hotel (Gagra) with our family from August 22 to September 1, 2024.
We lived in the 1st building on the 3rd floor, the Windows overlooked the 2nd building. The view from the window was gorgeous, the mountains from behind which the sun was rising! I think we are very lucky with the view from the window, because in other buildings and ours, but on the other side there are views about nothing.
The room has a double bed and a single bed. Kettle, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, hair dryer. The mattress is in the mattress pad. The bed linen, towels, pillows are all white, without any stains.
The street is not passable, there is no noise. A neat balcony (there were no clotheslines in our room). There were ropes on the neighboring balconies. We hung towels and swimsuits on chairs and handrails.
Beach towels are provided at the laundry. It is clear that these towels have been washed many times, but everything is clean.
The room itself is generally normal, the furniture is not shabby. It can be seen that the renovation was done a long time ago (most likely when the hotel opened). There are spots of dead mosquitoes on the walls (we also chased them every evening and the fumigator did not help at all). The shower stall in the toilet is old, there is a lime plaque on the doors (this is unpleasant). If three people wash in a row, the water starts to drain badly.
Cleaning every day! We were regularly asked if bed linen and towels needed to be changed. This is a huge plus. There is no dust on the cabinets (I noticed it when I was chasing mosquitoes).
The administrator in the 1st building is a wonderful woman - smiling, attentive, on all questions and the tour suggested where it is better to visit. I am writing about one administrator, because she worked most of the time (there was a second one, but rarely and we did not communicate with her).
Every Tue and Thu there is a children's animation at the hotel. My children didn't go. We've been to the pool a couple of times.
We had breakfast included (buffet). The range of dishes is quite wide - porridge, omelette, casserole, pasta, sausages, salads, pizza, pastries. The list of dishes is the same every day, but you can eat in a variety of ways. The food is delicious, there are no complaints. Only porridges have a lot of sugar and little salt (but this is in my subjective opinion). You can have lunch and dinner for 500 rubles/person. We didn't go because we didn't feel like eating in the evening, and we usually weren't at the hotel for lunch.
It's a five-minute walk to the sea. The beach has its own sun beds and umbrellas. Some umbrellas are torn in places, it would be possible to change them. There was a Malibu hotel area next to us, they obviously have more well-groomed umbrellas. We went to the sea in the morning and sometimes in the evening. Maybe we were lucky, but there were always sun beds (and there were 5 of us).
In summary, I can say that the overall impression of the hotel is normal, you can go. The room is clean (except for the shower cabin), cleaning is daily, the food is acceptable, the view from the window is beautiful, the administrator is attentive, the hotel territory is well maintained (benches, gazebos, plantings), close to the sea.

We had a rest with our family from 30.08 to 8.09. We lived in apartments of the 4th building. The hotel is just great, clean, well maintained. Towels were cleaned every day, bed linen was changed. The food in the dining room is beyond praise. We ate in cafes on the embankment, but we did not find it better than it was in the hotel. The food is varied, always meat, fish, fruits. The receptionists are polite and attentive. Definitely, I advise you to relax!

Vacationed with my son 2.06-8.06. Wonderful hotel. We lived in the 2nd building. The reception is polite and helpful. The pool is warm. The courtyard is cozy. The beach is a 7-minute walk away, there are private sun beds on the beach. A wonderful location, there are a huge variety of cafes and bars on the beach. There is also a Ferris wheel nearby, on the square. They only took breakfast, because more often we were not in the room. It is very tasty and a good choice. Sometimes we went for lunch or dinner-also a wonderful choice. The room is cleaned daily. Linen and towels were changed every 3 days.

We rested in the 3rd building in a 2-room room from 08/20/2024 to 08/26/2024. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. Well-maintained territory, clean swimming pool. 5 minutes walk to the sea. There are not many sunbeds on the beach, but it was not critical for us (we had a special beach mat with us). Beach towels are provided free of charge.
Room cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every 3 days. We had our own kitchen in the room. However, we did not use it.
The food is delicious, homemade, you can always find something to eat. They took only breakfast, but almost all days they bought lunches and dinners for 500 rubles per person per meal. Bottled water is cheaper than in the nearest shops.
The only disadvantage is that they do not give you a dry ration with them at early check-out (although the day of stay is paid for), accordingly breakfast was skipped.

We had a rest from 14.09.24 to 18.09.24 with a family (2 adults and 2 children:13 years and 1 year). The advantages of this hotel: the location of only the 1st and 2nd buildings, and food. THAT'S IT!!!! Cons: very dirty rooms, namely the walls (all smeared with mosquitoes and bruises from them). The wallpaper is very dirty. And the main disadvantage of this hotel is the administrative staff and the hostess Svetlana herself. Terrible attitude towards the guests, boorish communication, namely the administrator of the 2nd building, and the hostess. How can the administrator speak in a raised tone, "you eat here for free, and you can also say something here. If you don't like it, go to Russia." The phrase is word for word. We had a shock. And she was screaming at me, and I had a little baby in my arms. And when they asked to call the hostess (who arrived an hour later), there were no apologies, she was just as arrogant and did not know how to build a dialogue (only a monologue). Complete disappointment in this hotel. They left on the third day. And in addition to this, we also take the baby in half to the hospital with an intestinal infection (for a week under ivs every day for 20 hours). I definitely do not recommend it. Due to such rest and staff, the impression of Abkhazia has deteriorated in general. Although we have been there more than once. But this hotel has ruined everything.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife from May 7 to May 14.
The hotel is very nice. The rooms are cleaned every day, the pool is clean, the breakfasts are delicious and there is always a good choice, the staff is friendly, and Svetlana is just an amazing woman!)
Additionally, you can buy dinner. For 500 rubles, you will be served a full table of delicious dishes. It's even cheaper than eating in some restaurant and much tastier.
My wife was ill before arriving at the hotel and could not eat heavy food.
Svetlana herself ordered that porridge be cooked for her on water, light broth and so on. It was like this for a couple of days and we didn't even ask for it! Thanks a lot to the whole hotel for this!
People write a lot in reviews about rotovirus, dirty pool, etc.
Guys! Rotovirus can be contracted anywhere in Abkhazia.
The hotel is cleaned up every day and everything is washed and cleaned.
Abkhazia is primarily a beautiful nature.
If you want to stay in a hotel, you go to Turkey.
Personally, I recommend this hotel.

A good, brand-new hotel, rooms are clean, cleaned every other day, linen is changed 1p in 3 days. The location is excellent, the sea is 150 m., private territory on the beach, with sun beds and umbrellas, towels are provided.
The food is delicious and quite varied, buffet style.
There is a swimming pool and children's animation! The staff is friendly!
One significant disadvantage is that a diesel generator and water heaters are closely attached to the 1st building, it is very noisy, it prevents sleep.
And there are also not enough shelves in the toilet room.
It justifies its stated 3 stars!

We had a rest in Magnolia from July 1-10! I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff! The hotel is gorgeous (we lived in the 1st building). Cleaning every day. Towels were changed every other day, bed linen 1 time a week. Cleanliness is everywhere, both on site and in the hotel and in the dining room. About the food: there are no words at all, the food is so varied and soooo delicious! Fruits at lunch and dinner are always 3-4 types. It was enough for everyone . There are wonderful cakes for dinner, of our own production. There are free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, we always found free ones. The beach is across the street, 5 minutes on foot.The pool is clean. Excursions were taken at the hotel, for money as everywhere else.Thanks to the administrator Olga, she prompted and told me about all the interesting excursions. I really liked the restaurant on the coast "White Fig". The coolest , food , wine,show program . In general, the rest is great. I recommend this hotel to everyone, it is the best in Gagra! Be sure to take a fumigator with you (mosquitoes eat), and from rotovirus (I had to face it, unfortunately) But otherwise everything is super!

Of the cons: the pool is very small for such a number of vacationers, there are no umbrellas near the pool.How is this even possible?Well, you can't always sit in the sun.Everything in the room is done in one place.The sink is so low and so small that it is impossible even to wash, so as not to spill water around, while the shelf with the mirror, on the contrary, is nailed so high that you can hardly reach the shelf.Lack of communication with the reception at night and in the evening, there is simply no one there, the phone is rarely answered and rudely.We went outside the hotel at night, because we urgently needed water due to poisoning, but we couldn't get back, it's impossible to get through, the guard sleeps in the booth opposite.In general, the hotel is not bad, close to the beach and the center of Gagra, but there are flaws.

The location of the hotel is good. The sea is 6 minutes away. Sun beds on the beach are free, but they are sorely lacking.The rooms are not bad, but I would like it to be cleaner. Showers, faucets in lime coating. The towels are stained. Bed linen with stains. When the air conditioner broke down and I asked to relocate us, to which I was told by Inna the administrator: "I can refund the money and there are no places to relocate." Inna answered all the questions through her teeth. Although, according to the rules of service, we were required to relocate or eliminate the cause. But somehow after 2 hours I found an empty room. There is one more BIG BUT! This is a terrible rotovirus. We had a rest from 03.08-12.08.23. We got sick all in turn. The problem is the water and the poor handling of the dishes.
For 13,500 per day, it's TOO MUCH!!!!! You pay the same for an adult and a child.

It is better to buy rubber slippers for the beach right away. But due to the pebbles, the sea looks clean and transparent. The hotel has its own piece of beach with sun beds. Towels are provided on the beach. The hotel is located within the city limits, so you can take a walk in the park in the evening. Gagra market is nearby. We liked everything!

And we watched such hotels on the first line. We were lucky with the weather, we managed to catch the sun and sunbathe for a couple of days. The pleasant hostess of the hotel, very sensitive and attentive to us, treated us to breakfast. By the way, I want to note that the breakfasts were very decent, delicious at home, we have something to compare, for example, at the hotel Abkhazia, there is disgusting food there. It is close to the beach through the Adjika cafe. They give out beach towels and change them as you wish. Sun beds are free on the designated beach area with the Magnolia logo.
In the evenings, the Adjika cafe has a free, fun disco for everyone who comes or walks along the embankment.

There are 0 reactions to any claims. The rooms are dead, dirty, the smell is terrible, they clean poorly, the linen was changed 1 time in 10 days a week. There is mold and dirt in the bathroom.most of the hotel's guests go through rotovirus disease. Children puke right next to the pool and swim there. There are not enough places for everyone in the dining room of the hotel, you have to stand with a plate, look out for when a place is available. The same thing is on the beach, there are not enough places catastrophically, the sun beds are mostly broken, umbrellas too. In general, the hotel is two, Abkhazia is 5! I wish you all a good holiday in beautiful Abkhazia!!!

The breakfasts are very tasty, but of the same type (they get bored on the 4th day) it's a strange decision that you can't take out the food by taking, for example, the breakfast you paid for to the beach. The bathrooms are padded in our room with a toilet lid (apparently after it was replaced) it did not open completely and remained at an angle, occasionally flapping. We stayed in Magnolia in June 2023 for 14 days.
The overall impression is quite a decent hotel, a solid five for Abkhazia.
Positive:
- the hotel is located almost in the center of the "new" city, 400 m from the embankment and the beach (10 min walk).
Grocery stores are located nearby, including the Gagra shopping center with an Assorted supermarket (bank cards are accepted), a market (1 km), canteens and cafes. Of the canteens, I would like to mention the Canteen No. 2 at the school located behind the San Marina Hotel, where they cook delicious at home.
- private beach with sun beds;
- private heated and illuminated swimming pool;
- there are gazebos on the territory where you can relax in the shade;
- excellent buffet-style meals with a wide variety of dishes;
- regularly conducted children's animation;
- friendly and helpful staff;
- cleanliness in the common areas;
- comfortable and clean rooms (in the room: TV, electric kettle, air conditioning, refrigerator). A big plus of the rooms is the presence of private balconies;
- good, stable wi-fi (the connection code is valid for 10 days, after which a new one is issued).
Cons:
- there are few sunbeds on your own beach. But this was not a problem for us, because we went to a semi-wild beach located behind the market, where there are few vacationers;
- mosquitoes in the evening, but mosquito nets on the windows save them from them. I do not recommend leaving the balcony door open at night. To fight mosquitoes, I advise you to take an electric fumigator from home, it does not take up much space in your luggage.

A great family hotel. We lived in the 4th building for 10 days in the first half of July, new and spacious rooms, impeccable bed linen, pillows, blankets and mattresses. The dining room is on the 1st floor. Everything is delicious. And I'm very picky about food. The choice of dishes is huge. There were even broth, crackers and kefir (apparently for those who got sick), we were just sick for one day with the whole family and I was grateful for such a menu. The dining room is clean and cozy.

There are a lot of them on the beach just in the evening. Everyone was killed, the windows were closed and voila beauty.

There are sun beds on the beach. We had enough. We came to the beach at 08:30 and occupied 3 sunbeds quietly.
It takes 4-5 minutes to walk to the beach, I spotted it right. The beach is clean, there is a locker room. A point with drinks. There is only no toilet. We need to go higher in the cafe.
Oh, yes, there is a wonderful store next to the hotel. Which is extremely convenient. It takes 10 minutes to get to the railway station by taxi. It took 15-20 minutes to get to the Seaside Park.

There is no elevator- it is very inconvenient for mothers with children (you will carry the suitcase yourself to the 4th floor))! The mistress of spiritual purity is a little man! but...... it all started with the arrival at this hotel: the BOORISH Administrator INNA - ruined the whole idea of this place (although she saw how tired we were and thoroughly wet), SHE DID NOT CONSIDER THE NUMBERS / FORCED US TO REWRITE, then in the morning they came up again to ask what and how - but in response they again heard boorish speeches (I DO NOT KNOW, ETC.) SHE SITS THE WHOLE VACATION WITH SUCH A FACE AS IF A BILLION TRAVELERS WERE STOLEN FROM HER - AFTER TALKING WITH VACATIONERS, IT TURNED OUT THAT WE ARE NOT THE FIRST TO WHOM SUCH AN APPEAL!!! It was my first time in Abkhazia and I was so unlucky with the hotel. I chose the hotel based on reviews and how wrong I was. I lived in the first building and it's just tears. The room was provided on the ground floor, the balcony overlooks the road, it feels like you are sitting on the street. The bathroom has a terrible smell, it's just impossible to breathe. The room itself is old, the mattress is uncomfortable. The request to replace the number was refused. The only thing that brightened up the negative emotions a little is nutrition. Everything in the dining room was delicious and the staff was friendly. Regarding the beach, everything is also very sad. Umbrellas are torn, sun beds are broken and there are not enough of them. There is no toilet on the beach, there are no urns. In general, if you book this hotel, then definitely not in the first building.

Magnolia is love at first sight! A chic family hotel with a year-round warm swimming pool. In a picturesque place with beautiful plants . Lovely gazebos, a magnificent lounge area, a wonderful kitchen (buffet). Excellent staff, daily room cleaning with a change of towels and bed linen. You do not need to take anything extra with you - towels for the room and for the beach will be given to you at the hotel, liquid soap, soft toilet paper, slippers and shower gel, all this is in the rooms. You won't be hungry..102%.. The supervisor herself monitors and hurries all the staff (if there is not enough of some kind of product in the kitchen. and in everyday life. Every day Svetlana controls everything herself with regard to living and everyday life).The burrow pool is cleaned every day, no one was injured or poisoned during the entire stay. Special thanks for the resep. Svetlana is well done, friendly and explains everything. There are various shops not far from the beach along the way (their prices are reasonable). The beach is private, clean, controlled by the staff, there are enough places and (sun beds). There are cafes along the way, which pleases. The embankment is cool, it is being renovated, it pleases the eye. In a word, everything is culturally (many times we met a patrol that keeps order). We had a family vacation at this wonderful hotel in June. We lived in the fourth building. We had a view of the mountains from the balcony. The sea is nearby, there are sun beds, but they are not enough for all hotel guests. Whoever woke up earlier, that's the sunbed. We took three meals a day and did not regret it. And the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are varied and delicious. The dining room is clean, the girls quickly clean and wipe the tables.
