There is a noticeable shortage of employees. Especially in the culinary department. You will have to wait 3-5 minutes for an employee to come up so that a certain dish is weighed for you. Or you have to call the staff yourself. There is also a small assortment!

The attitude towards the elderly is disgusting! We were standing in line for grandma, the cashier Assel punched through the goods, named the amount. My grandmother did not have enough 40 tenge, she asked to cancel some of the purchases, to which she was told that they were not going to cancel anything! And how long have cashiers had the right to decide that the consumer IS OBLIGED to buy everything that has been punched? We paid for the grandmother, hoping that the cashier would "let go " the poor woman quietly and continue to do his job. However, tactlessness took over, the cherry on the cake: "you were paid for!!!" - with such an attitude towards the older generation and the consumer as a whole, the network will cease to be popular. The shortage of personnel is of course a problem, but those whom you have hired, someone introduces them to the specifics, ESPECIALLY in the service sector, explains their rights and obligations. I hope that soon we will not have to walk around with a volume of the CPC, which somehow disciplines and reminds people about respect for rights and banal norms of morality.

I like. The girls at the ticket offices are always friendly, the guards are almost always helpful. The big trouble in the queues is caused by the negative customers themselves. And long queues, as a rule, arise, as well as traffic jams in the city, at lunchtime and in the evening, after work. I wish you patience!
