To say that I'm in shock is an understatement. It would seem a large retail chain. And they seem to have proven themselves on the good side.. but.. a student comes to them to get a job, interns for a day. By the way..the internship is unpaid, approx. She is applying for a job, goes on the night shift.. Then, due to personal circumstances, she cannot continue working with such a schedule, she is asked to leave the office, and what is she told..."if you had worked for 5 days, we would have paid you..As it was, you only worked one shift.. That's why we won't pay you anything." What do you mean?! Do you have students with free slave power?? Or what is this supposed to mean?! The management of the Magnum network can comment on this situation. I would not mind looking at the clause in the contract where this moment is indicated.
