But today it turned out to be an "interesting" situation - I ordered sea buckthorn tea (it warms me up very much), the cup was given out without stickers, arguing that it was over, which in principle is logical the last day, but I think statistically you can calculate how many you need. After asking the manager to sort it out, they just shrugged their shoulders. I waited 2 minutes, didn't see the manager and left because I was in a hurry. That's the action🤦♀️

I like mac and this dot is no exception. Although I don't eat here often because of the large number of people (it's not surprising for the shopping center), but what annoys me more in Mac and other well-known fast food restaurants is a lucky/unlucky game. Will you get hot potatoes only from deep-frying, or will you eat the one that will lie for half an hour waiting for the buyer. It's the same with sodas and so on. At high loads, this is done to speed up the time of return of orders. I've noticed this more than once. I wasn't very lucky today. I went to the breakfast table in the morning. There were not many people, the order was given quickly. I picked up the order and went to the train. It took about 5 minutes from the moment the order was picked up to its opening and consumption. The potatoes are quite edible, and the chickenfresh burger is dry and cold. It was as if it had been prepared for opening in the morning, and it lay there until 6:30 waiting for me.. Half of the burger went in the trash. Hurtful. If they had sold me such a burger to eat in the gym, I would have demanded a fresh one.

What can I say, I liked the food, the mac combo breakfast, the buns turned out to be smaller than in the burger king, but it was still delicious. The assortment at breakfast includes only pork. Unusual, but interesting. The burger was juicy, the potatoes were delicious. By the way, I even liked the fact that the manager clarified whether we liked everything, conducted a social survey, how we "got" the new mac combo. Edible, culturally, there were already a lot of people in the morning, apparently there were no more options for a snack nearby. I put 5/5 for the service, food, waiting time. Location near the train station in the shopping center. It went to me 👍

I went to the delivery of orders, explained the situation, the girl who was standing at the delivery of orders said this, as I understood it, to the shift manager, in turn, the manager told the kitchen to cook a new burger, I stood for 10-15 minutes looking at my already ready burger, but no one reacted to me, the manager just walked around looking at me, but he didn't take any action, I continued to wait, a new girl ran up and asked me what happened, I explained the situation to her again and only after that I got my burger.
Well, when we arrived at the table for our order, everything was already cold, thank you, we won't come again.

I haven't been back for a long time after Mac left RB, but once I was at the train station and decided to have a snack, so I don't recommend what I tried to anyone, cutlets presented with some kind of smelly oil, apparently it's not the first day they fry it, in general, I got heartburn for half a day. We also bought tea with cherries and sea buckthorn, I had never drunk such chemicals before, and I threw them in the trash. It could have been better for that kind of money, not a foot more.

We ate for 3. Mustard sauce differs from Russian, has a richer taste, someone liked it, and someone on the contrary did not.

Despite the fact that this is practically the only food outlet that operates from 5 a.m., the management of the outlet firmly believes that there are no departing trains or buses at 5 a.m. We came and placed an order at 5:30, when there were already 10 orders in the queue on the scoreboard. We were able to pick up our order with a fight only at 6:10, 10 minutes before the departure of the train, and on the train we found that the dishes in the package were not the ones that were ordered. And the problem is not only the lack of staff, but also the empty-headed nature of who is there on shift. All they do is run around the kitchen in a panic, mix up orders and interfere with each other. And they also get rid of the readiness of the order when it has not yet been assembled, but in fact they collect it only 15 minutes after it was displayed on the scoreboard as ready. If this review is read by a network manager, then take action, change the administration of this point, recruit staff and train them, but for now it's better not to work at all. But I want to express my gratitude to this network for the pancakes on the menu, that's why I bow to you, you are well done!
