Something happened to me today, which probably shocked me a lot, and while I was waiting for my order, I decided to share it right away.:It was like this, there was no one at the checkout. A couple of minutes pass, there are already two of us, but there is no one, another couple of minutes pass, there are already 5 of us, and it's a miracle who comes from the kitchen, and right in gloves and a hat, to serve us. I ask what's the biggest burger, and they tell me here's the menu. I say I can read, you can guide me by the dimensions and the filling. They tell me, look at the menu. I say okay, because I've already packed up a lot and I don't want to keep anyone waiting. I say, you used to have the biggest bigtail, but I don't know what it's called now. Answer:I don't know either. Honestly, this is not the level of service at all.I'm not asking to be hugged when I meet you, but it's probably elementary to familiarize yourself with the assortment.

The other day I was in Mak.by . I'm not usually a fan of fast food, but I decided to make an exception. The burger was juicy and delicious. The French fries are crispy without too much oil.
The staff is friendly, smiling, the order was accepted
The atmosphere in the hall is pleasant and calm. You can eat and relax in peace. And I didn't have to wait long for the order.

In general, I would give 1 star, because I placed an order at 2:28 p.m., and it wasn't even added to the scoreboard. An hour passed. They served 130 people and reached my order number again. They brought him in, but other people took him away. Thank God that after an hour and a half they finally started cooking it. And as an apology, they forced my friend to write a good review about them (in the appendix. Mac bye). And for three people, they probably gave 1 chicken burger as compensation, and then, most likely, they accidentally put it down. I give two stars for the kind aunt of the hall administrator who helped us. I don't recommend going there. Take care of your nerves!!!

Terrible service. The first time I ordered delivery from this restaurant and was very disappointed with the poor work of the staff.First of all, everything was in turmoil. It feels like someone was deliberately pressing on the burgers to make them smaller.The cutlet was bitten, and mold was found on the bun.And why was a lettuce leaf added to the cheeseburger on top of the bun? I would like to get an answer to this question. If there was an opportunity, I would personally drive up to this restaurant and offer to evaluate your work.

We visited this institution on 11/25/2024, only unpleasant impressions remained. This was expressed, firstly, in the fact that it was not the first time that an order was not reported, and since we knew about it earlier, we checked the order at the checkout and, not surprisingly, one cheeseburger was not reported again. Secondly, the whole order of hot was cold. Thirdly, cucumbers in hamburgers and cheeseburgers are expired, with a characteristic smell and taste soaked right down to the sauce. It was not possible to eat the rolls. On the phone, the manager assured that this could not be and offered to redo the rolls, but, unfortunately, such a taste made him no longer want to ever buy them again. I don't recommend it

We took a combo with glasses to take away. It was done quickly, but it's not surprising because now almost everyone orders this combo and they have a lot of blanks for it. We received the order and did not check it, as the girl at the checkout checked everything herself and packed it. Upon arrival home, not only did they put a chicken burger instead of a beef burger, which was cheaper, but it also looked not like a burger, but like a salad!!
I understand a lot of people, but that's no reason to do that!

We visited this institution for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised, almost at the entrance, the children were given balloons (it's a small thing, but it's nice, especially not in all Macs. Bye you'll see this). I personally really liked the interior. The staff is polite and friendly. Despite the large number of people, the order was made quickly. Everything is clean, neat, well done))

Belarusian McDonald's is the greatest reinvention of the brand and for the better!
The menu includes potato dishes, including pies, which is very colorful and meets expectations! The only drawback is that thin French fries are very easy to spoil by overcooking them. To improve the situation, I suggest switching to a supplier of thicker potato cubes so that it is baked on the outside and a little soft on the inside.
