I ordered medium fries and a macburger with ME! Not only did I wait for my order for 20 minutes, well, I understand everything in this regard, I work in catering as a chef, but they gave me my order on the spot.. I politely asked them to pack it with me, to which they gave me a craft bag and said "YOU NEED TO KNOCK IT OUT WITH YOU, PACK IT YOURSELF", the customer orientation is off the scale.. Hihi!

I don't know what has changed, but many Poppies around the city, including this one, have started cooking sooooo well. That's right 9/10 compared to the original establishment. It's nice! Location of the fast food cafe Mac.The buy is very convenient - the building of the former "Stolichny" between the Central Department Store and the Philharmonic Hall. The stop is Yakub Kolas Square. Clean and spacious room, lots of seats, friendly staff and very fast service (see photo). There is a terminal for self-ordering. There are also fresh burgers with different fillings, and cocktails, and drinks, and coffee with tea, and desserts, and WiFi ... The toilets are normal, but dirty in the evening, it would not hurt to fasten bag hooks in the booths. Of course, the prices could be lower, but so far it is tolerable... The view from the window is beautiful... Thanks!

We ordered three sandwiches, potatoes and a couple of pies to take away. It's just a horror, with an empty hall, the waiting time for the order was 25 minutes. After checking the order, it turned out that the sandwiches were cold, and we did not count the potatoes at all. I understand the time is 23-00, everyone is tired, but you need to do your job efficiently. In general, I was sooo not satisfied with the service in this place.

Ksyusha was especially polite and friendly among the staff, she found an approach to each of us, especially paid attention to the children, gave the children balloons, expressed a lot of wishes. We haven't been to Mac for a very long time and finally decided to go. We rarely go there at all, so such a service was even more insulting.
We ordered large French fries, large rustic potatoes, ice cream, cocktail, pie and cheese sauce for potatoes. I had all this with me, because the weather was hot, I wanted to eat outside.
We received the order (we waited a long time, although there were few people). It's our fault that we didn't check the order on the spot, but ran to eat right away.
We came to the benches (they went through the underpass from the poppy, respectively, did not go long).
Opening an order:
- The cocktail has melted altogether
- French fries are half a box and it's all absolutely soft, it's impossible to eat. I threw it away after eating a couple of pieces.
- there is no cheese sauce
- the potatoes are rustic cold
- the pie is cold
Thanks for the ice cream, it was the only one of good quality. One star is just for him.
We didn't go for the sauce and change the order just because we didn't want to go and spoil our mood even more with explanations.
But the sediment is so offensive. The evening is absolutely ruined.
Of course, we won't come to this mac anymore.

There was a crowd near the main cash register and distribution and it was extremely inconvenient to go there to get an order, especially from the second floor.
