Before choosing a car ceiling tightening company, I read various reviews, both positive and especially negative. I even personally went into the workshop and talked with the craftsmen. Yes, the appearance of the office and the workshop itself causes a shock at first. But!!!

It's a pity that you can't put 0 stars. I highly do not recommend you to waste time on conversations / trips to this "organization". They are sitting in some kind of shed, which immediately, to put it mildly, alerted. The lady at the reception (Svetlana) is absolutely inadequate. When talking to her, one immediately gets the persistent impression that she escaped from the clinical center of psychiatry, where she was undergoing treatment. Offends in the complete absence of any reason. At first he takes up work, then refuses to do it on the phone, motivating it with whatever you think - that's right, nothing at all. He says - I just don't want to do it. Very sorry for the time spent. Bypass this "service" side.

To be honest, I don't understand why there is so much negativity in the reviews. I have already applied 2 times to tighten the steering wheel: first in his car, and six months later in his wife's car. In both cases, the work was done very efficiently and on time. I also can't say anything bad about communicating with Svetlana - in both cases it is quite calm and adequate.

I do not advise anyone to contact this organization. Sewing is probably not bad, but it seems that there are very big difficulties with parsing and collecting. I left the car for a simple job, to repair the inner sidewall of the driver's seat. We picked up a very similar material, there are no questions about the quality of tailoring. But I decided to disassemble the chair to put the heater on and was very surprised by its condition. Previously, I personally disassembled it to install the armrest and everything was fine with it. So, what we have: the plastic is broken and sealed with a thermal gun, an incision on the bottom seat of the eco-leather, an incision (it's hard to call it that) on the back. It is clear that this is all below and behind and the client may never see it. But this is certainly the height of skill. Apparently one "master" was disassembling, and the second was assembling. Without seeing the side of the factory pocket-a hole for wiring, this is of course a class for a company that is engaged in the tightening of salons. In addition, the fasteners of the cladding are carried out on plastic ties. What? Plastic ties, for a company that is engaged in tightening? Have you heard about the ring tool? If you put it on screeds, then put it at least on 3M ovskie, not China. Two of the 12 ties have already been torn off. Such is the guys service in Belarusian.
