I bought a beautiful backpack here, but a week later the zipper started to disperse in it, I went under warranty to repair it here, promised to fix it in 2 weeks, as a result it turned out 3, when I came to pick up the backpack, the seller said "here's the backpack, the masters changed everything", I happily took it away, and a day later everything It started to disperse again. As a result, I realized that no one had changed anything, but at most they pressed the zipper and deceived me. The receipt for the backpack has already faded, and the warranty period has expired. Now, having bought a backpack for 300 + rubles, do I also have to change the zipper at my own expense? It is very unpleasant and insulting.
