The products are certainly good, but the service is very minimal. Disdainful attitude, didn't say hello, sat on a laptop looking at us as the last people in this city. I couldn't fully enjoy the purchase because of this attitude, the impressions are spoiled. I was wearing flip-flops, as if a brand of this level should have some kind of shape.

Why are two addresses and two different points indicated on the map (Chkalova and Brilevskaya)? Two different points, in two places. The house is angular, but why the dots are in different parts of this house is unclear. You're confusing the customers. And moreover, employees cannot normally say that this is the same branch, but only rude in response (the seller does not hear the customer on 09.01). When the seller does not hear the customer, but only speaks in a raised tone information that was not asked from him, I had to go to another branch, hoping to still buy Something.
And there I saw a lot of belts that were stained with dirt. Because they must have been dragged across the floor. And the seller insisted that it could be wiped. But at least the one I took was already scratched. And a lot of the products in the window are scratched. And other similar copies are not available. Sellers are absolutely not customer-oriented. Having stopped by two of your branches today to get a gift for a loved one, I left upset by the terrible service. And by choosing from the leftovers that are not scratched.
Also, I advise you to sell matte belts in an individual film, otherwise they have no marketable appearance with such sellers.
