There are no complaints about offline stores, but the consultant on the site left a depressing impression. I sent a question to the chat in the evening and did not wait for an answer either there or by mail. Let's say we lost our working hours. I repeated the question in the morning (regarding the availability of goods in the store). I was told that I need to call the phones on the site. This is great, of course, but I found these phones without help. And I can call, and even go. But what is the point of an online consultant? Purely for site navigation? Or just for beauty? It's funny when 21st century technology asks you to use 20th century technology.
