03/15/2024 I bought an original spare part (clutch tube) for 305.96 rubles, when unpacking and checking it was found that the tube did not hold a vacuum (checked with a syringe and tube), the seller refused to replace or withdraw money, referring to documents from the Service station, thereby violating the law on consumer protection art. 28 the buyer has the right within 14 days to return the product of proper quality, but with reservations: "if the product was not in use, its properties are preserved, If the spare part you purchased has defects, that is, it is of inadequate quality, then such goods must be replaced immediately (Article 23 of the law). In this case, the product is changed only to a new one, and if the seller does not have such a spare part at his disposal, then he is obliged to replace it within 14 days.
