I ordered delivery this morning (or rather yesterday, 11/30/2024). It was 4 pancakes: with condensed milk, with nutella, with machanka and with ham and cheese. In general, of course, 3 out of 4 pancakes were normal, but the pancake with condensed milk somehow turned out to be without condensed milk. Okay, the filling was mixed up, I could understand that, but this pancake was without any filling at all. That is, they just rolled an empty piece of dough into tubes and threw it to the courier. Of course, I can understand that the workers were probably in a hurry and because of this a similar situation arose (or maybe they just worked like crap), but still I would like to avoid such situations in the future anyway. I hope for your understanding and give 2 stars for motivation :)

The food is quite good, it looks like homemade. I am glad that you can go to the shopping center with your child and feed him food that is very similar to homemade food, and not fast food.

We discussed it quickly and politely. I took draniki with a sponge - it's just OK, the sour cream was twisted, it was a little salty, it didn't look like a thick sauce at all, rather some kind of powder. Pancakes with condensed milk are also just OK - they give you a pancake separately, condensed milk in a jar separately. Cappuccino is also just ok. Just the thing for a quick snack.

Solyanka super soup for 10/10. I really liked it. A pancake with condensed milk is not very good. Because it's not condensed milk, but a condensed milk product. It's time for management to fix it. For 4.90 a pancake with condensed milk. We could have made this drop real already.

I bought tea at a point on Dana Mall. The water that was poured was not boiling water, as a result, instead of tea, there was some kind of light brown liquid. I didn't even smell tea. Probably the cheapest bag possible. But in a beautiful package "Kali Laska". It did not reach far to its cost of 2.5 rubles.

It 's a terrible place . The staff works slowly and answers questions rudely. I have never met a worse institution in Minsk. Employee Polina apparently chose the wrong profession. It's sad that such a good institution is not selective in employees.

I ordered delivery from this institution (08/27/2024) and I want to share my feedback and photos.
1. Underweight 100g in the position of "Cutlet with mashed potatoes"
2. Instead of a "cutlet", they brought IT to me (see photo). You can hammer nails with this piece, no kidding.
I don't understand how you can put this in an order. I do not recommend this institution from the word at all.

There is no chicken in the chicken salad. They often give cold food. Pasta sometimes looks like yesterday's. The coffee is disgusting. Put a tablespoon of sauce or sour cream on a large portion of pancakes or potatoes.
